All of the chain restaurants have just gone way down hill the past few years, all while the prices have sky rocketed, and the service or lack there of just doesn't make it worth it anymore. I will think twice before I decide to go here

My husband and I stopped to eat lunch on our way home from Myrtle Beach. We had to wait about 40 minutes just to get our salads and they were not busy. My husband ordered a steak well done and it was basically raw. He couldn’t even eat it and we didn’t have time to wait for them to cook it properly. They didn’t charge us for his meal after he complained. One of the waitresses was sitting by the bar and appeared to be sleeping. Never saw the manager. I asked for more water and never got it. Went to the bathroom and it was a mess.

We never got to eat all the staff walked by, look at us and never offered to seat us . It was not busy at all and after al.ost 10 min We decided to leave. Absolutely the worst service in Augusta

I don’t know what’s going on, if yall got a new chef , the recipe changed but when did yall start putting onions in the Neighborhood beef nachos , it was disgusting, I didn’t even have the option to remove them, boneless chicken , barely done
