I travel all over the country for my job and everywhere I go I stop at Applebees. This Applebees is hands down the best. The grill cook hit the temp on my steak and salmon spot on. It was seasoned perfectly as well. Very impressed. The waitress was great as well. Checked up on me, got me everything I needed and was very kind.

We’ve been here for over an hour and a half. Waitress barely comes by but checks on other people. The food taking forever and never coming out. We only got drinks and 1 or 2 plates but not even the food we really wanted.

Hey! I requested to sit in a specific booth when I walked in to a host, but the host refused to let me sit where I would and laughed when I asked again. I could have asked for a manager, but I shouldn’t need to do that so I left and went to another location in Evans and they were happy to sit me where I wanted in the same area. I will never recommend or visit this location again. He was male and black.

I ordered a 12oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli to go. I got home, opened my food and immediately felt buyers remorse. I had only 2 small broccoli heads and about 3 tiny pieces. My mashed potatoes tasted a little funny and to top it all i ordered a well done steak, and of course it was pink inside.Had to heat it up. Spent $30.00 dollars in all ( Tipped the person that took my order). I honestly hated that I spent that much and did not enjoy it.
Shey was absolutely amazing and provided the best service with a smile. Her demeanor is what will bring me back to this restaurant to enjoy the wonderful food!!!! Excellent service!!!!

Our server, Shatteria had the best attitude and was so patient with our 9 party table. The food was hot and she brought it out fast. Everyone's order was correct, we left happy.
I was here recently, and I had ordered a smoothie that took one hour and 30 minutes probably even more minutes to arrive to my table and each time that I asked the servers where my drink was I got the same answer I don’t know or it’ll be out shortly, but it never was and when I did get the drink, it was so mid that I almost threw up. Food tread lightly when you come to this Applebee’s.

If yall come to this one request Mrs Cathy. She is the nicest, sweetest lady and I haven’t had good service like this anywhere in so long. She made us feel so welcome like family. The world needs more gems like her in it and food tastes even more delicious in good company 💕
