Applebee's Grill + Bar

Took my wife, father, and son there for an early dinner. We arrived around 350pm and were instantly seated. The restaurant was barely half way full. Our service was HORRIBLE!! To the point we walked out. IMO we were discriminated against due to being the only Caucasian folks. As well the other black patrons were being served all around us. We waited 20 minutes just to have our drink orders taken. Then we sat and waited at least 20 more minutes waiting on those drinks before we left. All the while I watched our black server ensure everyone else around us was well taken care and of. Reminder this was barely half full and 10 extra servers/staff were running around. We asked for a manager on the way out and we were stalled from being able to speak to her about our experience because the staff knew something we up and pulled her aside in front of us, so we just left at this point. Seeing that we weren’t going to get a fair shake in this Applebees. We will NEVER EVER be going to an Applebees ever again I would highly suggest no one else goes. Go to Veracruz the Mexican restaurant around the corner we had our drinks within 2 minutes and it’s packed here. BTW My wife is calling Corporate as well to file a discrimination claim against them. It looks like the typical Applebee's. The menu is large with lots of pictures to assist choosing. We ended up with two sets of silverware, our waitperson didn't rush for anything. When we asked for something she'd go clean a table or such first. The food was good with large portions. The ladies restroom floor was very slippery both when we arrived and when we left.

Online orders are a waste. You wait over a hour for food you ordered and requested to pick up inside. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I always use the take out service and it’s uallt the same work that’s working and she’s super friendly, make sure I have everything I order ! Great service and great deals

Absolutely delicious, our dinner was delivered to us fast and hot. Germal, our waiter, was the best of the best, super attentive and friendly! We will be back and will be asking for him to be our waiter again!!

Don’t come here, a lot of empty tables n you still gotta wait a hour or more when there are rows of seats available is crazy, manager walks around dont greet guest don’t communicate, only thing good is the food, still had to wait a hour for that while sitting drinking lol, other then that don’t waste your time coming here

Service is great here, I will choose & I do choose to be here everyday due to the above & beyond excellence by the servers, specifically "Taniyaa Logan" among the other servers that are great. I've overly experienced the dedication & hard service from the staff & rewards should be served. The amount of excellence I experience should not be overlooked or bypassed, the great potential residing in this building will dispatch this company into greater heights. Be BLESSED 🤝🏾

I Hate this Applebee's on Windsor spring they don't conduct business professional when you order food online then when you call they don't answer phones when you spend money they will take your money but don't fix there problems food should be inspected before leaving the restaurant

Each time I try to give Applebees a chance I get hit with the waiting for my food for a full hour and running down a server for a drink refill routine . I’m sure there HAS to be a time limit on waiting or at the very least a heads up.
