“I've had fresher, hotter, and better tasting beef n cheddar sandwiches when they were not on any deal. My food tasted pre-made like it was sitting on o hot station for a while. Why bother with value when I have to sacrifice the quality and freshness of the food I'm eating. I've never had this problem at this location before. My food is usually spot on. Not this time.“

“I decided to stop here for a quick lunch and was dreading going in because every fast food restaurant now is just a complete shit show . But to my surprise, this Arby’s needs to be the standard for all other fast food restaurants. I had my food in less than a minute. The person working on the counter didn’t roll their eyes while taking my order. This was right in the middle of lunchtime, rush, and whenever they got any kind of a breather instead of getting on their phone And doing nothing they went out in the dining area and clean tables. There was not a drop of food on the floor tables were clean. They came by and talk to you asked you if you needed anything. One of the ladies actually gave me a holiday coupon book. It’s nice to know that people still care about what they’re doing and whoever owns this Arby’s needs to give these workers a bonus For going above and beyond in this day and age !“
