Drive thru is very dangerous being that you have to pull out into a much used service alley to pull around. Food was ok.

Attendant was cheerless; Acted "put out". Ordered was NOT delivered as ordered. Asked for sandwich condiments; Were NOT as requested when bag opened. Drink ordered without ice; Got larger ICED drink - cost $3. Doubt I will return to this location--

Food does be fresh and hot. Lost one star due to having continuous computer issues and having to close down until issue is resolved. Has happened multiple times. In all a good group of people.

My fiance brought me back dinner tonight and honestly, half my meal is missing. I asked him to get me a french dip meal with a Jamocha milkshake and Arby's sauces. There were no milkshakes available, coke is fine, but they also said they had no Arby's sauce. When he got home and gave me the bag the fry container was only half full, about 6 fries at most, and no sauce to go with it. They also had forgotten my au jus sauce which is necessary to a french dip, otherwise there is nothing to dip it in. Staff shortages can lead to longer wait times, those I don't mind, but for half the food to be missing from my meal isn't great.

Food was not to my liking. I so mad i paid my money for something that i wanted and couldn't eat. Cold food at Lunchtime is not cool.

Pulled into the drive thru and was told by a young man (very rude) through the speaker "we're closing soon and can't take any orders". This was at 6:40pm and they close the store at 7:00pm ( new store hours). Did not get to place my order nor will I ever.This is not the first incident with this Arby's.Arby's employees used to be very courteous and would go out of their way to make sure your visit was the best it could be. Not at the Arby's on Washington Rd!
