I tried the Meat & 3 choosing the Classic Roast Beef but it's anyone's guess what I received. The sandwich which I bit into was a disgusting slab of some type of raw meat. I'm not sure what it was but plan on getting it analyzed. I ended up throwing up and will visit my family doctor first thing in the morning. Then upon mentioning it back at the drive thru I was not greeted with a warm reception and treated very rudely. I'll never return to this location and will think twice about any Arby's locations.

Went at 8:30 tonight. No other cars were in the parking lot. No one inside. I ordered a chicken Cordon Bleu combo with Dr. pepper. What I got was this god awful roast beef with Sauerkraut and turkey on marble bread with cold fries and a Diet Coke. He asked me to pull up so they can make it fresh for me so I waited 13 minutes on an order that was completely wrong and cold.

Haven't been to Arbys in years! Came to try the Meat and 3 box. The customer service was Great! You dont see people like Ms. Vivian and Ms. Tonya in customer service fast food any more. These 2 are awesome. Definitely would be back all just to get that Great customer service! 🥰

This is the 1/2 Pound Roast Beef Sandwich?????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This has got to be the REGULAR BEEF-N-CHEDDAR!! I understand that the price of beef has gone up, but this is RIDICULOUS! Not worth the $12 I paid for it. Lesson learned: NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU HAVE FREQUENTED THE RESTAURANT, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY FROM THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW! I won't get burned like this again!

This place has been around for a long time. They have great deals sometimes and I always get a hello and thank you which goes a long ways now a day since customer service is dead a lot of places you go. So thank you Management for hiring such great employees.

I don't know why there is a menu on display at the drive thru, they clearly do not want you to take a minute to look at it. One girl talked to low and I could not hear her then this lady comes in and will not let me answer before she repeats is that all you want. It was hideous. I left in tears. I could not imagine what the big hurry was. NO ONE WAS THERE. I asked if there were any deals and they said...no. FYI
