This place has been around for a long time. They have great deals sometimes and I always get a hello and thank you which goes a long ways now a day since customer service is dead a lot of places you go. So thank you Management for hiring such great employees.

I don't know why there is a menu on display at the drive thru, they clearly do not want you to take a minute to look at it. One girl talked to low and I could not hear her then this lady comes in and will not let me answer before she repeats is that all you want. It was hideous. I left in tears. I could not imagine what the big hurry was. NO ONE WAS THERE. I asked if there were any deals and they said...no. FYI

The cashier was excellent. The food was not. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese. On the first bite, the sandwich was not hot, and not warm. I took a bite out of the center, and it was cold. As in colder than room temperature. I informed the cashier and she very kindly offered to make me a new one. I thanked her and declined. My appetite was no longer there.

Ordered a reuben, was given a french dip. Didn't realize till I was almost already at work and didn't have time to turn around and get it fixed. Was upset cause I'd been craving a reuben, but I used to like their french dips so wasn't too concerned. French dip was beyond disappointing and the dip was thin and flavorless. Didn't finish my meal.
