The menu pictures are nowhere close to what you get here. That may be true often in fast food, but more true here. Their bacon swiss chicken sandwich, in reality, has shredded taco lettuce, thin tomatoes, and thinner bacon. The patty seemed rewarmed: dry and lifeless. Of the food court options at this location, I now know why Arby's had the shortest line.

Excellent food and customer service. Nakayla, Chris, Kelleigh, and Ryan were all very kind and brightened my day. The crew was cohesive and efficient at making my mozzarella sticks while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment. The salted caramel cooking is really delicious and was served to me hot.

Well this was the crappiest meal I have ever had by this franchise. I ordered the 3 PIECE Fish and Fires. This is advertised as fish and chips for $7.69 plus tax. I received three chicken McNugget sized morsels of fish with curly fries. When I inquired, why did I receive curly fries instead of the advertised crinkle fries I was told THAT IS WHAT the register defaults to, I must ask for the advertised fries or else that is what I get. The order taker said, but, I can give you the regular fries if you like, now? It's lunch time. KMA. I should not HAVE TO ASK for what you advertised while I am ordering. In short, the Fish strip and fries are bullship, inadequate, and like the rest of there menu items HIGHLY over priced.

Absolutely horrible, they can't get it right no matter what, horrible service, food is undercooked and serviced below standard. God forbid they have a lunch rush. Staff will just fight and argue with each other.
