Terrible service from the staff. The worker making my order had a horrible attitude and refused to listen, even when she was clearly wrong. I ordered 2 plain pretzels, 1 salted, 1 almond, and 2 hot dogs. She got it wrong, rolled her eyes when I tried to confirm, and treated me with complete disrespect. When I asked for the manager, the attitude was just as bad at first—but eventually the issue was handled. Still, the experience left a bad taste. No customer should have to fight to be treated with basic respect. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.

Very disappointed- I picked up a cup of pretzel bites on my way out of the mall - my car was parked two rows from food court entrance. When I got in my car and popped one in my mouth, it was hard and stale, obviously had been sitting in the case a very long time. I always looked forward to them for my drive back home, about 60 miles. I will not be going back

I know Auntie Anne's is allright, because I've had it from other places. I've tried it more than once from here and it's just not good. Customer service is always lacking, the pretzels don't taste fresh, and the cheese sauce is this prepackaged, artificial tasting stuff. I wish they'd replace this pretzel shop with a Ben's Pretzel.

Please don't sell visibly burnt pretzels.

I enjoyed the preztle I got very much. Just wish that they still had the other flavor pretzels like they used to. ?

I visited Auntie Anne’s today while at the Augusta Mall. I purchased a pretzel. I am beyond disgusted. The pretzel was warm when I purchased it. I waited until I got into my car to eat it. I couldn’t. How in the hell could the pretzel be warm but rock hard and still doughy inside? My last visit was similar but decided to try again. This place has gone all the way down! I couldn’t eat it. Still have it in the bag. I would like management to contact me.

2023-11: Good for a quick fried pretzel. Employees were pleasant and service was quick.

I always get the Cinnamon Pretzel Nuggets w/ the Sweet Glaze. Glaze was expired. When I opened it, it was clear and white (it's usually just white). I thought maybe it just needed to be stirred a little. When I tasted it, I wanted to vomit! It tasted DISGUSTING. It was definitely SPOILED.. Never mind the terrible customer service, which it ALWAYS! This Auntie Anne's needs new employees that are more enthused to work and actually pay attention to what they are giving their PAYING customers.

Sooo disappointed i received my door dash order it was burnt, cold, and they didnt bring my drink on top of my pizza nuggets was a pizza pretzel. ?

We always get the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and they always taste great! Sometimes the wait is a bit long but we don’t mind as it means hot, fresh pretzelsI will say, though, customer service could be better but I’ve been to worse. Overall, great little snack place to visit when in the mall
