I eat here most times I visit Augusta. Standard comfort food. They don't watch your drinks, meaning water or tea.

Had a super bad experience....The waitress explained that several customers had to send their food back due to the cook that day....It was my daughter's first time there & our last...I had told her how good it was..She had to send her entree back then ordered something different ,& sent it back..She ended up leaving hungry but was not charged...I ordered shrimp but disappointed but since the waitress was so nice I ate what I could & didn't say anything....

I had an excellent experience at Beamie’s in Augusta! I started with oysters on the half shell—fresh, briny, and perfectly chilled. From there, I tried a flight of their three soups, each one unique and full of flavor. The oyster Po’ Boy with fries was a real highlight—crispy, well-seasoned, and very generous on the oysters. To wash it all down, I enjoyed a perfectly icy cold No Jacket Required, a great local beer that paired beautifully with the meal.
A big shout-out to Chase for his friendly and attentive service—he really made me feel welcome. And compliments to Ethan in the kitchen for turning out such consistently great food. Between the quality of the meal and the hospitality, Beamie’s is definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to.

Wasn't crowded, but had to look for our waiter several times. Once she able to help us, she explained that was her turn to assist with customer parking.

The manager/ bartender here named Chase has the nastiest most unprofessional attitude. I brought some people here that were visiting the area after raving about how great it was and was so disappointed in his lack of decency and customer service when there was an issue with one of our orders. We had a $250+ check and he wouldn’t even come to the table to acknowledge us or the issue with the one order after we asked for him to come talk to us. I then heard him talking smack about it when I went to the restroom. Definitely a coward move, how are you in management? It was not busy that day so not sure why he was unable to come when requested, we were even patient and waited an additional 45 minutes just incase he was busy doing something. It’s unfortunate that he ruined this experience because our waiter Alex was amazing, kind and professional! He and the others deserve better leadership. I used to love this place but I won’t be back and all of my guests were turned off from the experience as well. Plus the food quality has declined significantly the past year or two. The oysters were still good though. After 20+ years in customer service and management myself, I take quality service, professionalism, quality products and problem solving very seriously. Save your time and money folks and go where your money and presence is valued!
