I walked in the store with my family and was completely ignored by the 2 workers who were talking to each other. After waiting for around 10 minutes we walked out. I mentioned to the employee that we are leaving now because we were not even acknowledged and the response we received was"OK". She did not even care. I hope they realize that all customers are valuable to small businesses some day. I will never go there again.

Donuts were touted as being the best in town. That's not the case. The donuts looked amazing. Unfortunately, they had the taste of oil that needed to be changed. It truly affected the texture and taste of the donuts. You could taste oil and that shouldn't be the flavor in an apple fritter or old-fashioned buttermilk donuts. The only thing that didn't taste that way was the glazed Croissant. Wow, I'm bummed. Thought I'd found a new place to get a delicious donut. Oh, and BTW, they are super pricey. ?Parking: About 10 spots for all the stores in the little strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't see it, but our county is pretty good about it being part of a businesses plan.

So I tried. I probably will go back but not as much as planned. My co workers have given them such positive reviews so I said I'd try them. The first time I went the customer service was decent it was the weekend and the lady was younger and a bit more cheerful. When I went during the week there is always this lady there who has this attitude that is rudish...it's like she's annoyed a little...not horrible but def not service with a smile...it really goes a long way...idk if she's an owner or manager or what but she is there often...(maybe thats why she seems annoyed when folks try to give them money/business) ...idk...anyway...the donuts are better than dunkin...actually not bad... I like the different options...(but everything is not always available) kolaches are good if you don't want to make them yourself...I've had so much better but I appreciate them selling kolaches bc I've never seen em anywhere else in the csra...Do not come here for any type of coffee drink tho...unless it's just regular black coffee and/or with milk or cream...Everything I've tried is not made properly ? not sweet enough, too sweet, not enough coffee or no coffee (frappes should have coffee and she put none in it) too much powder, syrup, just not right...It.is a donut shop not a coffee shop...keep that in mind !!! Anyway...Blessings to all!!!?????

I PAID 40+ DOLLARS FOR DONUTS I COULD'VE GOTTEN CHEAPER AT DUNKIN'My party ordered a dozen donuts, which is listed as 12.50 or thereabouts. I saw they had some apple fritters (finally), and ordered 6. Only ordered 6 because the upcharge according to their menu is 0.70$ each. When I got them, they were flat-out raw in the middle and unedible. Disgusting.I also got 6 filled donuts. Bavarian creme filled. The filling was the most watered down version of bavarian creme I've ever tasted. I was wholeheartedly disappointed, again.I estimated the price should've been closer to 26-ish, which I would've happily paid for because of the specialty donuts, considering my baseline was close to 12.50. But no, instead the nice lady punched all my fritters in individually, and applied the upgrade charge to the filled donuts, and charged a dozen, so I ended up paying 40$.I will never, ever come back here again and I will make sure to warn every local donut lover I know just how much of a rack-shod bait-and-switch business this is. The quality was so poor I'm actually offended.

I forgot the name of the donut but it looks like a croissant. You can ask them to fill the inside of it with a buttercream type cake icing and it is so delicious. They sell out fast so you have to go early to make sure you get one usually.
