Orders were out of order and other customers were waiting for their orders and forgotten without an apology , explanation, or complimentary drink given. Food was good but poor service!

Big Mama's is right in our neighborhood, and we often get take away. The pork chops are fantastic as well as the fried chicken. Great soul food as good if not better than your mama used to make! My wife and I both highly recommend Big Mama's!

Today in the 6th of November and I went to Big Mama right after work. I got off at 3pm and arrived at Big Mama's around 3:05. The two young girls who were taking orders were very rude to me and I'm a regular. I'm a disabled veteran so I frequently go there because they recognize veterans. They had me waiting for my food for almost 40 minutes. I finally walked up to the counter and asked about my order. It had been just sitting there for almost 35 minutes. The rude girl who took my order walked away. They deliberately made me wait for no reason at all. Then to add fuel to fire they forgot my cranberry sauce. When I mentioned that to the sweet young lady who just came off break she mentioned it to the other rude young girl who stated " you get it because I'm not about to deal with all that". I didn't have an attitude and I was patient. The whole situation pissed me off so bad I went home and gave the food to my dog. I'm not sure what was wrong with them two young girls today but NOBODY should have to deal with that attitude when they've just got out of work. It is the people who keep you in business. Please talk to your staff

I had mash potatoes and fried corn with 2 piece. Left couldn't eat it..mash potatoes tasted tasted Comerciall. Fried chicken was over cooked. Corn tasted microwave..

The customer service was phenomenal and very welcoming. I walked in as a new customer and got right to the food without hesitation. The best soul food I have eaten in forever the employees have great hospitality and if u ever come to Augusta Georgia , I recommend that you stop here to eat the food it is very delicious and filling

Went here for lunch with a co-worker and didn't want to leave. I would sleep here and eat breakfast and supper if they had bunks. 😃

I had 4 veggies plate (collards, fried green tomatoes, okra & tomatoes, limas) my friend had liver & onions (yuck) with yams and mac&cheese. Everything was 10/10. It was truly hard to leave.

Need longer hours so more people can eat here.

Big Mama's Soul Food was amazing today! I had the beef patties and gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. It was great to get a home cooked meal. They've been a blessing to me and my child during this Helene disaster. I highly recommend you check them out!

I just love them! The food is great the staff is great! They go above and beyond to make you happy! My go-to is the pork chop fried light-skinned. However, I have ventured out and tried the turkey wings, the neck bones, and the BBQ ribs, and they are all great!
