We come in pretty regularly for subs & always have a good experience until today . The managers and employees are usually very friendly. Today we came in and had a negative experience with the employee working . I understand it’s Christmas Eve and maybe she didn’t want to be there , but that doesn’t warrant to treat people coming in spending money purchasing subs poorly .

I don't know how the food was because I am standing waiting and she just looking at me. I had to ask was she open and she said yep but not taking orders because she already counted her draw down. OK so do I need to wait ,leave, smh....customer service is really lacking these days

The young lady was very pleasant and efficient. She was skilled at her job and even under the circumstances she remained professional. The sandwich she prepared was mouth-watering. I drive thirty minutes to this location for the service and sandwich 🥪 😋 Thank you for being so great at your job. The young lady was the Manager .

Customer service is horrid. No greeting, no eye contact, interrupted me several times to talk to coworker across the store. Bread is surely expired. Charged $1 for 4 extra pickles— charged as extra cheese.
