The service/communication sucks at this location. The young man who took my order was very nice but he didn’t have a clue what he was doing or talking about. When I was telling him my order, I heard one of the people working the bagging station yell at him and say “I don’t have Bo’s fillet!” Like a million times, he basically ignored her. So then he came back after I paid and ordered and said I would need to get a filet instead, he said nothing about Cajun, it’s a Cajun filet and I hate extremely spicy food. It took about 10 minutes to get a simple chicken sandwich combo…the sweet tea was out front so even though I finished half my drink before I left, I couldn’t get a refill because the guy brought me my food and took off to do something else. This was my first Bojangles experience in over 10 years and I definitely won’t be back to this location.
Went through the drive-thru this morning they did not have it together I had to wait a very long time for two sausage egg and cheese biscuits that were not very good tasting this place is going downhill fast

I really do like going to Bojangles and I always have but this Wrightsboro Road store is the absolute worst Bojangles I have ever eaten at the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It is a terrible location with terrible people. The food is way off from what I’m used to getting from any other Bojangles, they really need to fix this, my order was completely screwed up and when I go back and ask him to fix it, they look at me like it’s my fault and I’m the problem never going there again

I've experienced issues with this restaurant's curbside service on two occasions now. Despite selecting curbside as an option and waiting over 30 minutes, my order was never brought out, forcing me to go inside to retrieve it. This defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup. If the service can't be reliably provided, it might be better to remove it from the app altogether. Please address this issue to ensure a smoother experience for your customers in the future.

Did a online order, which gave me a time to pick up...when I got there, there was one car in the curbside parking spot and a car that must've went through drive-thru but was told to pull up while they wait (they should've stayed at the window so that the employees would be on the timer, to hopefully get his food to him quicker). After I went in, I was told the food wasn't ready. Then, after waiting a few more minutes, they told me they're waiting on my dirty rice, which will take 5mins. I stood in the store for 10mins or more, to the point the guy that was sitting in his car waiting for his food, came in and stood there waiting. Finally got my food and got home, just to find out my wife 3pc dinner (which was supposed to be 1 drum, 2 thighs) only had 1 piece in it. Our dirty rice might as well be called yellow rice because there was no meat in it. I started to drive all the way back for the missing chicken I paid for, but my wife told me she would just deal with the 1 piece. If you're gonna make someone wait a long time for their food, the least you can do is make sure the order is correct. I seems like being on their phone checking Snapchat is more important than their job.

It took 15 minutes before someone came and took my order. During that time, no one acknowledged that we were just standing there. They didn't give us no attention or say hello we're get with you. The morale at that restaurant is terrible, the cleaning is terrible food is all under the seats and no one taken care of the dining area you need a better manager so the employees can get on their job to give us as customer a better morale and attitude. The customer was standing at the counter, and he wasted his drink on the floor. No one came to try to get the water up. So he did the best he can by using napkins to try to dry the water up it took 10 minutes before someone came with the mob and got the water up, which that was a danger to any customer that came there and could have filled. then that could have been a major lawsuit for the company. we need better employees, and it starts with the top manager and maybe even the owner.

Most of the Bojangles are fast and polite with the service and food. Just give them time when you order 12pcs and above. They like to make hot for you. The food was really good!!

Maybe it was just this particular day, but service was not good. Employees ignoring customers, orders were mixed up, and my order was incorrect.

Ordered through drive thou and had to pull up as instructed. Then, I was told to pull over to another side of the parking area with other patrons. We all sat there for at least 15 to 20 minutes waiting and watching confused workers come out asking me what I ordered. After they bypassed me, giving food to people that came after me and left with their food as I still sat their waiting. I have patience, but sometimes enough is enough. This is the second time this has happened at the Wrightsboro rd location in Augusta GA, and it won't happen again to me. As I got out of my car to go to the restaurant, a worker came out walking as she acted like I was bothering her because I was coming in to get my food I paid for or my money. SMH!!!!

Visited numerous times, and it seems no one is enthusiastic about working much less caring about customers. I asked for unsalted fries but got the opposite. Drive thru is getting most attention when walk in is getting less. Thanks for not caring!
Dietary restrictions: Their's no attention to your dietary attention. I asked for unsalted fries and didn't get them. They don't care!
