Went there for food and got charged for order . Then I check my bank statement was charged more than what was on the receipt. Called up there and they say the machine tipped it self that I didn’t authorize.

Food consistency is hit or miss. Almost always the biscuits are doughy on the inside. Chicken is good when cooked in clean oil but frequently oil has old taste and results on dark dark brown chicken crust. Same with sides. Pinto beans sometimes taste as if they just heated them up. Rice might not be cooked all the way. Really loved Bojangles when they opened years ago. Would love to see that original quality restored. Used to eat something from Bojangles several times a week.
