The food was hot and fresh. We had to wait for some things to finish cooking. The cashier was very kind about it. Everything was good. Anytime I'm over that way I'll stop and go through there and I've never had a disappointing experience.

I was in the drive thru and ordered what I normally get #5Combo with an orange juice. When I got home, I noticed I was charged for the full orange juice and not the substitution price. I went to check for the receipt, but no receipt was available in the bag.

I always enjoy eating at this franchise. I ordered myself the bojangles chicken sandwich meal, and they give you options of side to get. I ordered their Bojangles tater tots. They were huge and delicious. If they were deep fried a bit longer, they would have been nicely crunchy. Their ice tea is always on point and not as sweet as McDonalds. They also give you the option similar to Chick-fil-A with the deluxe package (tomatoes and lettuce). It comes with pickles as it's standard.
I enjoy every moment of eating the meal there. You can't find this spot north of Washington DC.
This location has really gone downhill. I don’t have high expectations for fast food in general but this experience, and the previous one here, was not enjoyable. Dirty everything, slow customer service, slow food delivery, and poor food quality. How unfortunate.
