I just ordered grits and a side order of sausages..why would you put my sausage in my grits..I don't like my food too touch..I didn't ask a a darn grit bowl..now I have soggy sausage..And your customer service sucks..it's like if you ask for any condiments..you doing something wrong..will never spend my money at your location...and your grits are so loose mostly water..do better!

I don’t understand why every time I come here there out of grits. At 10am isn’t it still breakfast time? This is ridiculous. Not only this location but also on peach orchard. I wish more restaurants served grits🙄

What in the world is going on at this Bojangles. I ordered some Chicken Bo Bites cooked to order and after waiting in line for seventeen minutes I was handed a box through the drive through window that didn't feel warm. I open up the box and as expected my order was not fresh or hot. I pulled over and went in and explain to Bobbie who came to the counter what had just occurred. She told me that the manager had steeped out , but they would drop me some and it would be six minutes. I explained that the time they had to cook did not matter. I reassured her after wasting gas in the drive through I figured they would have already been hot. What going on with these restaurants and the drive through window. They take your order after they get two or three cars out the line so that the timer doesn't recognize how long customers are actually waiting in line!! Hey, we are not crazy but, if it is going to take sixteen to twenty minutes at least give us some hot and fresh food. Here's to the real killer, I clearly asked for honey mustard sauce and I noticed the young lady putting some red looking sauce in my box. I asked her what kind of sauce is that and she responded something mango. I said I asked for honey mustard and she responded well, we are out of honey mustard so I'm hooking you up with this flavor. Ma'am I don't want a darn hook up, I just want what I ordered and it to be hot. Why give me three sauces for 6 chicken bites 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ and a sauce that I do not want or like. Stop be wasteful and maybe 🤔 they can hire more staff to ensure customers get the correct orders and not be inconvenience.

I’m a BEC miscuit kind of guy, when I’m on the road. A Bojangles is a Bojangles, but the cashier I had every morning, M-F, for nearly 2 weeks was *chefs kiss*. She had me cackling, she was exceptionally polite, and got my order correct every day - she gave the cooks hell too, when they didn’t move fast enough. I complimented on her to her manager, every day.
Also, their Bo-rounds were perfectly cooked, every day.
