Visit here often as a last resort and it’s astonishing how consistently bad one place can be. From the terrible customer service to the incorrect orders/cold food.. I’m one to give the benefit of the doubt but this location is 100% not worth the money spent.

I came to this location Sunday February 2,2025 @ 9:30 pm and ordered a Bo Berry biscuit with extra icen and an order of fries with extra seasoning I also ask for it to be fresh. When we were handed the Bo berry biscuits it was so heavy I thought they put 2 in there but I was wrong It was heavy because of the amount of icen they poured in the container not on the biscuit. Then I went to check my fries and the amount of seasoning they poured was outrageous. Yes I did ask for extra but this was the young teens or adults trying to be funny. It looked as if they took the top of the seasoning bottle and just dumped it in the bag. For the icen to be off to the side and not even on the biscuit was just out of control. None of it was fresh. The customer service wasn’t polite and it’s like they were standing around gossiping. I mean it was clumps of seasoning and it’s like they filled up the corner of the container with icen. I have been to this location a few times but it’s been mornings or around lunch time and never had any issues. This night has canceled me from returning.

I've been sick for 2 weeks, just picked up 3 new prescriptions and needed food. I decided a plain grilled chicken sandwich would be easy on my tummy. Got there just before 3pm on 12/20 and Jamonica helped me get what I needed. It's been a while since I've been to Bo-Jo and she & the other employees had me on my way in no time. My tummy is happy for the 1st time in weeks and as soon as I'm 100%, I'm coming for some Supremes.......... ..........It's Bo Time

Good luck trying to get polite service. The lady in the morning cut my husband off while he was ordering and then told him she wasn’t adding anything else to his order. We just drove off cause I’m not dealing with her nasty attitude. Definitely wouldn’t waste time here.

Went in to this restaurant about 7:15 pm..after waiting in line for 11 minutes and watching 2 other guests leave without being waited on we also left..there were 3 employees filling drive through orders and all 3 saw the line at register and never even acknowledged us...very disappointing.
Food is always good at bojangles. Services wasn’t fast. 14min wait turned to 30. And didn’t get my bo-berry. Idk maybe is just my luck here.

I come here almost every morning before I go to work, and have never had an issue. The morning crew is 5 stars. Unfortunately, the night crew tonight ( 08/12/2024) was absolutely terrible. More specifically, the woman who was working the drive thru. She was very very rude to the point I finally drove off. When I pulled up to the speaker I asked her to give me a minute, my two children were in the back seat telling me what they wanted to eat/drink. The woman was yelling through the speaker “what do you want, sweet tea, you want sweet tea, oh my god”. I never once told her sweet tea, I asked her to hold on please. She continued yelling through the speaker to the point I had enough of the “customer service” I was receiving. Please look into this specific worker. This 1 star review could have easily been 5 if it wasn’t for the way the woman treats her customers.
