I went through the drive thru, asked fir 2 Chicken Supreme combos, large fries , no drink. Had to repeat my order 2x. Drove up to the window, same guy who took my order handed me 2 drinks, so I am thinking he's just so used to giving drinks in a combo meal, so I let it slide. He handed me the food bag, I should have looked inside. Went I got home, not only did I have 2 drinks I didn't want, I also had to chicken sandwiches, no Chicken Supreme tenders . I can understand the drinks, but completely different food , I mean chicken Supreme meal sounds nothing like chicken sandwich and I had told him what I wanted 3 x.

Left an item of my combo out of my bag, didn’t realize it until I got to work. The biscuit was cold, lopsided, & nasty. The only good thing was that the staff was nice & the service was fast. Won’t be returning, though.

I had a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and 2 Bo berry biscuits this morning and ate in. The restaurant was clean and had a good smell. All of the workers from the crew lead to thenrw hire were all professional, friendly and courteous. One customer spilled her drink after leaving the restaurant and returned requesting a replacement. They were all nice and understanding and replaced her drink for free. Before I left, I was asked if I enjoyed the food by one of the workers and they seemed to genuinely care about my answer. This is a model Bojangles restaurant and I will gladly give them my business.
Great service and fast. The employees were polite and friendly. The food was hot.
