We usually enjoy Bonefish in Augusta, but last night was a huge disappointment. It started with being told we had a 20 minute wait that would be less, they were waiting for tables to leave. The 20 minute wait turned into an hour and 45 minutes. I tried to be understanding as I've been in the F&B industry for almost 30 years. We were given the excuse that reservations all showed up at the same time. Well, you should be prepared for that due to a time slot being reserved. Definitely not a bright excuse.Then the quality of food and service we experienced was awful. The service was barely bare minimum. Mahi and shrimp was over cooked. Just an unpleasant experience overall.

From the moment we sat down, Jaylon was friendly, attentive, and made sure every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, and their positive attitude really enhanced the atmosphere. Our drinks and food were delivered promptly, and Jaylon checked in just the right amount to ensure everything was to our liking. It's clear that Jaylon takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Highly recommend if you're lucky enough to have Jaylon as your server!
