Bruster’s exceeded our expectations with great ice cream and their extremely friendly customer service. I had the peanut butter cup sundae and it was delicious. I highly recommend trying out this place!

Awesome experience. Friendly service. Comfy seating, love the Adirondack chairs, super clean. All that plus delicious hard packed ice cream sundaes and cones, yes please and thank you!!

My favorite ice cream place. But today made.me never want to come back. I ordered a birthday cake on Aug.26th, to be picked up on the 31st. I was not able to pick up on time and was a day late. I went this morning to get it and they never made it. The assistant manager never wrote my online order down. Was told to come back at 3pm. I live a good way away and all they want to give me are a dollar off coupon. I hate to say this but I will not be ordering here ever again and it makes me sad.

Very rude environment not friendly..The closing manager or Gm is not nice and can't communicate very well.
The wait was ridiculous in the drive thru and the icecream was not good at all. I ordered the butter pecan and it was nasty and my son had oreo and it was nasty as well. Very disapointed

Post the rule so everybody can see them. Asking someone to leave AFTER they have paid to enjoy their ice cream is insane. I will not ever patron this establishment again.

I should have known something was off when I felt rushed at the speaker. The sign is so beat up and illegible from age, it was hard to order. Nevertheless, I ordered a banana pudding ice cream. The sign said it had pieces of Nilla wafers so why not? I got a sugar cone with mostly mushy wafers. There was very little ice cream and quite a few full wafers in the mix. Not even crushed up. I ended up throwing the cone out the window on the interstate. I wanted ice cream, not mushed up wafers on a cone. I called to tell someone about it. No apology or anything offered. No acknowledgement of an error or anything. I confirmed that the ice cream was made in house then tried to inform the girl of the issue. The girl was just like "ok" and that was it. I should have went and got a frosty like I had originally planned.

Came with my god kids 6 of them to have a good ice cream and some African short heavy side lady came out side talking nonsense to my kids. First of all go clean your dirty uniform that looks it has not been washed in a week and no one cares about your phone call to your boss they are under my supervision about to spend 100 dollars on some ice cream and I decided to just cancel just because her customer service was horrible standing next to the trash can trying to rule the kids seating on the furniture. Took my order to cold stone for a profesional customer service!!!! Will Never come here again.
