Brusters birthday cake ice cream is fantastic. I can't believe there's been a brusters here this whole time. The portions were good for the price and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient with their service 😀

The shop has a retro vibe that makes it enjoyable to eat at, especially with the rocking chairs placed outside. The workers are also all very friendly and helpful!
The biggest issue I have is that the non-dairy flavors that are posted on all their signs are never available. This is especially frustrating when going through the drive thru, as you have to wait in line since it is closed off and there is no other way to exit.

Well I'm just going to say this I'm not giving y'all a bad review because I do enjoy coming to Bruster's for ice cream last Thursday I came me in some more people came for some ice cream One of the people is a diabetic we asked for sugar-free ice cream Y'all did not have any I think that is a problem because people who need sugar-free ice cream it should be available to them there are people out there who have health issues who also like ice cream so you have to cater to everyone and you also have only had one flavor make variety but anyways that's all I have to say Make sugar free ice cream more available for the diabetics they also love ice cream Thank you

Stopped here while on vacation from MN. I can safely say this is the best ice cream I have ever had! Highly recommend the banana cream pie ice cream!

We were in Kennesaw for a work trip and discovered this gem. And we come home and find out there’s one locally ish. Best thing ever. Cookie dough blast is top tier

On day like today an ice cream can soothe this crazy heat.
There was a small peanut butter cup in my ice cream. I’m allergic to the point of anaphylactic shock, depending on the amount. I had asked for cookie dough on top and assume it was mixed in the cookie dough by accident. I didn’t notice until it was down the hatch. I called to inform the staff who offered a free scoop in compensation, which I denied. I don’t intend to pursue legal action because that’s a pain, but I would caution going here if you have allergies. Going to go drown some Benadryl now and see if the reaction will subside from it.
