Came with my god kids 6 of them to have a good ice cream and some African short heavy side lady came out side talking nonsense to my kids. First of all go clean your dirty uniform that looks it has not been washed in a week and no one cares about your phone call to your boss they are under my supervision about to spend 100 dollars on some ice cream and I decided to just cancel just because her customer service was horrible standing next to the trash can trying to rule the kids seating on the furniture. Took my order to cold stone for a profesional customer service!!!! WillNever come here again.

Juss got my money back from these people NOT wearing gloves, big guy mention he washed his hands, it doesn’t matter , I watched he scoop the cookie dough with his bare hands, and think I’m bout to consume the ice cream I don’t think so, before you order anything from here see if they wearing gloves because that is nasty

Save your self the stress; this place is not friendly. Like many other reviews have said, the service is terrible! I’ve been in Augusta for a decade and love ice cream and have never had a good experience here. They speak rude to you while you try to order, rush you, give you the wrong thing and then blame it on you and even then the amount of ice cream they give is a scam, theres more air in the cup than ice cream; and I’ve come there multiple after the movies, ect. and the staff and specifically the manager have been extremely rude and today I just had enough and decided to leave a review so that other people don’t have to go through the same suffering

1 star for the service. As a delivery driver, I was treated with insignificance and disregard. The staff was not attentive, and in terms of time, my delivery didn't seem important. They were not rude but not welcoming either. I myself will find another establishment to visit when looking for ice cream.

The Bruster's in my hometown closed down shortly after I graduated high school. I'm glad Augusta has one, because it's still my favorite ice cream place. Milkshakes are my go-to whenever I visit.

Ordered a 16 oz milkshake and asked for an extra cup to share between 2 small children. They would not give out an extra cup unless we paid for a coffee. Maybe a little thing but little things like this mean a lot to customers… hadn’t been in awhile & won’t be coming back.

It's very good ice cream , I had a strawberry shake in the drive thru . Although it took a while, it was really good. The people that work there were very nice. The best part no one else was in drive thru. It is in the exchange so of course the traffic is busy. I would definitely would recommend this place, I miss the one that closed in Evans.
