My kids and I ate here after their dentist appointments. There was no line in the drive-thru when we arrived. The cashier was friendly and we received our food quickly. Everything was fresh and hot. We will definitely return to this location.

Food was a very long wait , service awful, employees were very backed up on top of that they served my kids which supposed to had been JR whopper with cheese and all I remember hearing was my daughter saying omg, mom ill look!! I was so disgusted ? like what the hell is that!! Do not eat there and at this point fast food is beyond disgusting!! No one cares about what we all consume!! Be careful

The food is just not cooked fresh. This is the second time lately I have gotten soggy bread, old lettuce, tomato, too many pickles etc.. on my whopper. The nuggets sometimes are given at room temperature, or they have a burnt taste to them. Eating out just isn't worth it anymore, sometimes I don't feel like cooking so we go out for dinner. At this point it's hard picking good places to eat. The only time they did exceptional was when The National Masters was in town. Food was fresh and good everywhere but now since the big money is gone it seems that the good customer service, preparing fresh food included left with them...

Company owners or district managers need to visit their drive thru and inside their stores or even have secret shoppers. The young lady in drive thru was friendly at all and acted like we(the customers) were bothering her. She spoke with an attitude and you can hear her huffing and puffing over the speaker. Unit 10346 is the place. Their service is rude . We drove around and they were talking to the other customers in a rude manner. This is my third visit and it has not changed. I won’t be going back.

I thought the Burger King in Waynesboro Georgia was slow. Well, I was wrong. I waited in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me for 20 min. When I get to the window, the young lady opens the window, I pay her, she closes the window, hands me my food without the first thank you or anything. I tried to stop her before she closed the window because she did not give me the drink I had ordered. I blew my horn and told her I needed the drink that I ordered. She did not apologize or say anything. She just fixed the drink and handed it to me. Poor Customer service

This Burger King is always fast and friendly. I always go through the drive thru. I don't ever have to wait long. The staff is nice and the food is always good. I haven't had any problems so far. I'd rather go to this one than the one on Peachard.

This is the worst Burger King in the entire CSRA. Employees acting wild and loud. Food is always prepared very messy. Hash browns are burnt and dried out. They taste like they've been sitting over night and reheated. Both breakfast sandwiches were torn to pieces and the entire order was like it was thrown together... And with very greasy hands. The entire bag and contents were drenched and soaked with grease. They also prepared both my breakfast sandwiches wrong so the order wasn't correct. I bought $30 worth of bfast. You'd think they'd get it right.
