Best BK in Augusta is like the skinniest kid at fst camp, but it is what it is.

The staff here are insanely rude! It amazes me that they are either that miserable with their jobs and still continue to work there or are like that all of the time. I’ve been to the drive thru twice and both times I was being rushed to make my order, receiving short, snarky responses, and they raised their voice for no reason. Like, if you’re that miserable just quit so somebody better can take your place!

This was on Fort Eisenhower (formerly Fort Gordon). I beat the lunch crowd. I had a Jr. Whopper meal. Got it fast!

Food was Burger King ? the staff was very friendly and very nice the place was cleaned in the dining room put the bathrooms were horrendous no paper towels the stall was backed up nasty went there Saturday and Sunday in both days it was the same was not cleaned from the day before or even
So food options are limited on post. But every time I order from here they manage to get my order wrong. Every single time. Like they don’t pay attention or get tired of doing their job or something. But it’s really almost pathetic how much they manage to mess orders up. As in they just can’t seem to care because it’s fast food or something. But it’s so very disappointing when you order there. And they can’t be bothered to pay attention and if it’s addressed just look at you like it’s your fault for ordering something outside of what they can do on autopilot with as little effort and thought possible. It’s just disappointing that they can’t manage to get it right. No matter how easy the request is to subtract ingredients.

Why they get a three is they have lots of staff but are still slow, attempt to coerce you "to go", and don't have high chairs nor booster seats.
They just got remodeled not too long ago but that must have only been for the drive through.
Kid-friendliness: It's not. No boosters / high chairs. Only thing kid friendly is on the menu.

This Burger King has improved greatly. The renovations make the place more appealing to the eye. The food was hot and fresh and the service was really good. Kudos to the morning crew, especially the lady at the drive-thru window.

It never fails that every time I come to this location that I never get fresh food . All the time my food and fries are cold and nothing is ever available or stocked to order. I pay money to have fresh and hot food and when I go they aren’t busy so I’m not understanding. Please make some adjustments
