I usually visit this location because the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. My last visit has me not patronizing this location anymore. The gentlemen with long dreds, whom I belive to be a shift manager had the worst attitude when I came to pick up my order. On top of that he was undressing a female customer with his eyes as she walked out the store. My order was made wrong on many levels and the attitude when I asked for sauce to go with my 20 plus dollar order I was told I needed to pay for that as well, but was told with a sarcastic tone. I feel he tries to intimidate people to prevent them from asking for proper customer service. As stated previously I will not be supporting this chain any longer due to his continued demeanor. The other two managers, a heavy set gentlemen and an older woman are the reason I would eat here but with the risk of running into the dread headed menace I'll pass.

On 10/14/25 Went there thru the drive through there was a ma hollering and cursing and drove to pay it was the cool still hollering and cursing and it scared my kids.This is usually a nice place but I guess management changed they need inside cameras. We won't be back.Bad service..also the food was wrong.Not good đ«đ€ź no stars

Always a BK fan, I ordered 2 burgers and onion rings tonight. Couldnât eat onion rings (cold and tasted funny). And, forget the cold burgers!! The parking lot was empty so I thought drive through would be hot and fresh? Bad logic and BK has lost a loyal BK customer!

I entered the Burger King on Washington road this morning and the manger banged on the door to rush me from using the bathroom. Felt as though I stayed in there too long. I previously told one of the cashiers nicely that I would be using the restroom. The Manager yelled at me and didnât care that I had to do a #2 & told me to find another store to use the bathroom at. I had money and couldâve been a paying customer but I felt as though I leave this review because how I was treated was unnecessary.

If I could give -10 it would still not be enough minus stars! Your staff was extremely rude. When I pulled up to the window the person working the said âwhat did you getâ, no, may I help you, what was you order sir, just very harshly, what did you get! Then when I asked for a receipt she said you donât get one! When I asked how I can get one, she then told some other person, âthis man is not listening, can you tell him he doesnât get a receipt! I was a loyal customer up until today. This is the closest to my house. Even McDonalds does a better job. No wonder theyâre closing BKâs around the country! The absolute worst part is that I tried to call the customer service line and it did not work. Itâs worse than calling 911 and getting put on hold. đđ

Waited 42 minutes in the drive-through before getting my food I got home, realized that my food was not correct. Came back up here and tried to walk in and they had the doors locked at 7 PM on a Wednesday and this guy told me he would not help me for me to go get back in line and the line is almost out of the parking lot.
