The people that work in this particular burger king is in need of serious customer service training. I have stopped at that location twice and have waited for one small simple order for over 20 min. The young lady at the window never apologized for the long wait, she act like she was doing us a favor no smile, no greeting, nothing.
Unprofessional! They don’t close til 12 am and I got there at 11:40 but was given COLD food after I requested my burger off the broiler. I was told they’d already turned the grill off….
