This review is due to a continued lack of drive trough service after getting off work. The particular Burger king I patron is 12 miles away from my home. I like the taste, flavor of Flame broiled burgers and when the craving hits this Saluda branch closest location. sadly my drive through experience has been poor bordering on insulting. I waited 12 minutes for the employee manning take out window to acknowledge me. since no one did, i drove up to the window with 3-5 cars behind me. the employee at the window then informed me that i had to go around and give my order to a non responsive communication box instead of taking my order at the window. this is again not the first time this very same thing has happened at this location. since these are franchise locations not fully corporate connected complaining to the store manager yields no results. pass the word raise some noise if this is also your experience.

They gave me a chicken jr that already had someone take a bite out of the top bun. Whoever worked making this on Feb 10th at 1230 should be fired. No way they missed it while making the sandwich.

Open late and close early the restaurant was clean let the bathrooms were disgusting no paper towels install toilet what's clogged about Annapolis both days we were there Saturday and Sunday

My wife and I went to the Burger King on Ft. Gordon , GA on the 21 June 2023, at 2:30 pm. We ordered a Whooper meal and Big Fish sandwich for my wife. When we drove off post and started to eat our meal my Whooper burger tasted like it had been in water and warmed up, and my wife fish sandwich was dried out and cooked in old oil. I called back to this store and ask to speak with the manager (Ms. Wanda) and explain the issue to her and she said when we come back on post they would replace our food order and she took my name down. We live in Aiken, S.C. We were on Ft. Gordon today and stop by Burger King to get our order replaced, when I pulled up to the order call box I was told to pull around to the second window. That is when we met other manager for today ,29 June 2023. Ms. Sade and she told us to pull around because needed to call her supervisor (Ms. Wandy) at home to ask about the receipt and replacement of the meals. When Ms. Safe came to our car on the parking lot, she said her manager didn’t remember talking to me last week about our order. And I asked the supervisor how did I get her boss name to write down on my receipt. She said, she could only replace one of my items on the order and I had to pay for my other items or come back on post tomorrow and speak to the main manager. This supervisor was very rude and acted like I was lying and trying to get some free food. She tried to loud talk my wife, stating that she was waiting on her to come in and pay for fish sandwich. She told the cashier inside that any thing that my wife order she needs to pay for it and she wants get anything free. This was an unnecessary statement for this manger to make in front of my wife and the Burger King co workers . I did get my Whooper meal replaced, but my wife had to pay for meal that was mess up the first time, but this experience was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

They're nice. I just don't like the entry to the drivethru because the line gets too long(to the street) . We need more drive thru on base.
Nothing much to say about Ft Gordon's Burger King, They don't abide by their posted hours; they often have breakdowns; and their service isn't that good.
