I got dragged out by an employee by my collar for no apparent reason. They also have been known for leaving their door open at night so any and everyone can go in their while the employees are gone.

I think if they need more people I mean they really didn't even notice that we were in there for a few minutes cuz they were busy talking to each other and nobody was at the counter but it look like there was only three people working they messed up the order nothing major just gave us Whopper Juniors instead of Whoppers fixed it and everything was good just need a couple more people in there

Keeps getting orders wrong! Never answers the phone rude costumer service and will not make the order right Even when I went back with the receipt saying you have to speak to a manager! Well how am I supposed to do that when there isn't anyone there but one person working! and forget about calling because they are not! going to answer the phone! $97 dollars worth of food with 2 meals being made wrong! Plus they serve old!! hard!! fries at night.

I got to bk was 10:20 nobody answer after waiting 2 minutes go around to the windows n it's a car just sitting their so I ask the window is the speaker working cause the menu u board wats blacked out he proceed to tell me breakfast is over n it wasn't 10 30 n it wasn't busy unacceptable
I go to Burger King on Walton Way 2-3 times a week. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant in downtown it’s hard to beat a 100 health score. Quantana and her to team are allows welcoming and take care of their customers every time I dine in. Tim one of the workers I’ve never seen anyone hustle and get the job done like he does. Ra’Mesha is one of the best also. She’s always smiling and ready to help whoever is in need. It all starts with the boss keep up the good work. Always satisfied!

Waited over 10 minutes for my order and the food was not fresh. Cold fries and onions rings. The fried pickle ranch whopper was nasty.
