Went Saturday night with my wife's sister and her husband. It was my wife and my son and me. I knew the food was pricey and I didn't mind that. I give the service 2 stars for one reason. When server told us the "special" for the day, I admit I didn't ask for the price and she didn't say what it was. The highest entree on regular menu was around $65 so I figured the special was maybe $75. My son and I both ordered the special. Imagine my suprise when I go the bill and the special was $144 a plate. So before tip my bill was $415 for 2 specials, the fillet and pasta at $44, 2 teas, 1 $10 dessert (which was awesome) and 2 old fashioned cocktails $30. I was fine with the prices of everything and it wasn't a issue of couldn't afford but I would have expected to be told what I was ordering as an entree was more than twice the highest entree on the menu. The special was good but not $144 a plate good. I will not be back even though we enjoyed it but I felt taken advantage of by the price of the plates.

Took my hubby to Calvert’s to celebrate his birthday and it was worth it. From start to finish we had a wonderful time. Our server Trisha was very friendly. She told us all the specials for the evening and gave us time to decide what we wanted. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp to start. I had the lobster Savannah & my husband had the NY strip. The food was hot and delicious. After dinner my husband got a free slice of cake to celebrate. We will definitely return in the future for a date night!

I read that our group was an hour late which is absolutely not true . We were told we couldn’t order due to the birthday guest not being present whom was the only person running late . The food was okay but not the best . The older woman serving did her best , but the service could have been way better . I’ve seen a table of 15 + have separate checks at a restaurant and it not take an entire hour to print them . Blaming the customers instead of taking accountability is just a prime example of poor customer service . A lot of our checks were wrong and had to be corrected etc . How is that any of our faults ?

Terrible group experience! Terrible customer service.
We loved their soups and drinks but I had the Filet and it was less than desirable. Very tough! I was not impressed.

Had a business meeting at Calvert’s. We had almost 30 people. The food was great and the service was excellent. David and Warren took great care of my customers. I recommend Calvert’s for any large group dinner.

Arrived on Valentine's Day at 7:15 pm. Left at 9:15 pm and had only received appetizers. We understood that it was crowded but we watched 2 tables that arrived close to an hour after us, receive their food. Waiter told us that our ticket was missed and pushed to the back. I still don't understand why our food wasn't made a priority instead of "pushed" to the back of the other tickets that were behind us. Manager was no help and just told us that at least our appetizers came out on time...smh.

Chef Justin helped us plan a surprise 75th birthday party for my mother last month. He was very responsive regarding details of the menu, seating arrangements, etc. The day of the party all I had to do was drop off some decorations and the cake because they handled the rest! That was a completely unexpected but greatly appreciated development. The party was a huge success! Our server, Warren, was absolutely amazing! He took good care of all of our guest and has a mind like a steel trap, remembering everyone’s drink and food orders. He was so attentive throughout the evening without being obtrusive, and come to find out, he was the one that handled decorating the room for the party! I would highly recommend Calverts for a romantic dinner for two or a dinner party celebration. Everyone raved about the food and a wonderful time was had by all! I thought the cost of the meals and drinks as well as having access to the private room was extremely reasonable.

The meal was delicious. I had prime rib. Cooked as I wanted, no need for A1 or anything. The service was excellent, ols school. Didn't want or had to ask for refulls or anything.

Service was satisfactory. Decor incredibly outdated. Food was mediocre and literally cold (stuffed mushrooms and lobster Savannah). Would not recommend unless you want to take a trip down memory lane. Too bad. Really wanted it to be something special.

The food was bland and tasteless. The sea bass had no flavor whatsoever. My husband couldn't eat his steak, either. They have better steaks at Sizzler, he said. No amount of seasoning helped. Our waitress was delightful. The ambiance was nice, too, but the food was terrible. We won't be back, unfortunately.
