I hardly come to this Captain D's and this will be my last time. The workers are not pleasant. I'm telling the girl my order and she not listening trying to turn up like I'm wrong. She was steady trying to go back and forth about an order I wasn't asking for..I was pissed but had to keep it together. Nah I won't be coming back to this one.

The only reason Im rating bc I had no choice…. If I want to share my experience I just encountered. When I entered the restaurant the cashier was sitting down in the lobby when she decide to get up she had an attitude and asked me and two others what we wanted. She was very disrespectful and rude. I asked her about a restroom and she said there is no public restroom. After I kept my composure bc of the nastiness that was being enforced. I ordered. Everyone else didn’t want anything. They changed their mind bc of the rudeness. She then stated to anyone if they wanted to step behind the counter as if she wanted to fight. She asked did we know her and what were we asking her for her name for. There was no name tag present so we don’t have her name she only gave us a nickname k slug or thug or something of the matter. Worse experience I ever had with such a great place to order. I was shocked.

Today is january 3,2025 I ordered food through the drive through specified. My order got to the window. The young lady was rude. They do not greet you when you walk in or when you pull up to the window. At least on night shift. This is not the first time once I got my order. I asked if everything was in there and asked for sausage told me everything was Missing I had to drive back 10 minutes to go and get the food. She had an attitude because I came back because they messed up my order. Ask me what I want her to do about it. And the manager was standing right there. And she was just as rude as the young lady. Terrible customer service. Every single time at Augusta, Georgia, Gordon highway's location. It is known they are the worst. And that is saying it somebody needs to do something about it, really bad.

If I could've given a zero, I would've. The guy taking my order was very polite but very slow, and the young lady was so rude and had the ordasity to go and get a blanket from the back and come in the dining area and lay down on the seat as if she was in a bed. She was a manager at that. Most of these people don't want to work, just the check and it's showing in service, and the food. The food price is ridiculously high and the food is horrible and not worth a dime.The Owners need to frequent their businesses and see what's really going on. This was unacceptable ?
