Manger on duty rushed me to take my order. Cut me off so i could not finish ordering my food. Told me she didn’t care she is the manager. When I asked her name she told me to go to the website and find out! She looks young and unprofessional. She had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed Day after she refused to take my order. It’s always something at this location. Do u allow the managers to behave this way? To speak to customers any kind of way? She seemed to now care about your establishment. Why is she the manager?

I live right down the road from Captain D's so it's convenient for me and I always enjoy the food and there menu has a nice variety of different combinations to pick from
Food was good as usual went through drive thru. Nothing bothers me about customer service as bad as someone who is working the window and carrying on phone conversation while giving you your food and doesn’t even tell the person to hold on so they can speak to me. It’s becoming more and more everywhere you go. No one want to hear your phone conversations and remember it is customer service.
Found two hairs in my food ordering uber eats … I said hi I found two hairs in my food nicely when calling to make them aware .. the lady said ok … I said your not sorry no apologies she said you have to take that up with uber eats I said I am not trying to to get a refund I’m trying to make you aware for future instances … she hung up on me … lost my buisness
