Service is slow but food was good. They were supposed to add 5 shrimp for free since the cashier didn't ask if I wanted to add them to my order. I told cashier to add them for free since she didn't ask. When food came there were NO shrimp. I told the server that I was supposed to get the 5 free shrimp. I never saw him again. I finished my meal and still no free

I rate this service today a Negative 1. The coleslaw was spoiled for 3 of our family’s orders. We requested a replacement side item. The person in the kitchen became angry and yelled that she made the coleslaw. She stated she could not understand why we were the only people to complain. She loudly stated that “it’s always colored folks”. The person continued to speak loud and complain about working in the back by herself. She even complained that we did not ask for our money back and leave. The coleslaw was the only problem. She continued to antagonize my family by yelling from the kitchen and throwing boxed food on the top counter. We finished our other food and continued to enjoy our meal together as we do every Sunday. We never received poor service from the many other restaurants we visit. The cook/manager had deplorable, unreasonable, and unprofessional behavior.
Another person of a different race (Caucasian) returned her plate of food. There was no question or comment. She received a complete replacement of her meal without concern from the cook/manager. My family and I sat and visited with each other as we do every Sunday. We will not return to this place.

I must say that the service I received at Captain D's on Wrightsboro Road was truly exceptional. The gentleman who took my order and everybody else that came in that dine in not only he brought everybody food to the table but also after we had finished our meal, he kindly took our tray and disposed of the trash. I will certainly be going back giving them my business.

im new to augusta and went to walterboro rd on sunday 6/23 . Was excited because they had closed down our restaurant in Myrtle Beach sc. Not being familiar with this layout which was nice I ask the guy had the menu changed because didnt see the 4 peice he said they were getting new menu monday. so i ordered a 10 peice instead as i kept looking i saw the 4 peice i wanted asked if ordered had started and she said no so i wanted to cancel and order what i wanted. She said she was the manager and started having a fit because of refund but i was reordering. she treated us so bad and talked to me so bad that i will never go back there again. The people that were standing there said she was always rude to customers a couple of them left. Im in customer service so I know you dont treat people that way. So nope wont eat or recommend this establishment to anyone!!

The food is good at the Captain Ds on Wrightsboro Road and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn’t get chives with my baked potato. I asked for it and was told it was in the food bag, but the chives were not there.
