My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! I just spent over $38., drove 30 miles to pick up an online order. The last time we came here the person at the window was so friendly today at 4:45PM the person at the window was so rude!!!!! She tried to charge us again after we had paid online, pushed our food out the window, my son told her to have a nice afternoon and she never said a word, nothing, no thank you nothing, never even looked at us...maybe she couldn't see past those fake eyelashes!!! I just bit into two different bites of a plain baked potato that had two pieces of metal in them...along with a hair. DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD.
