The employees were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I did not receive the food I paid for and the manager was the most unprofessional of them all. The lack of hiring standard is evident in both the atmosphere and the food. Don’t spend your money here. Shoutout to Brittney for being their only competent employee!

Pulled up to the drive through on Washington Rd. around 9 Friday night 11/15/24 and all I heard was, (go ahead), I said,excuse me? Got the same remark with attitude this time. Good customer service must not be a qualification at Captain D's. What happened to, welcome to...what can I get you today? I drove off and went to Taco Bell where I was greeted appropriately and spent my hard earned money there. Captain D's will not get another penny from me

I ordered the shrimp fritters and they were brunt! Asked for a refund they refused! I asked them to be recooked they refused! My only option was for them to be replaced with 5 shrimp. 5 shrimp $1.99 do not equal the amount that I paid for the meal that I had. Nobody wanted to hear what I had to say. I worked in a corporate fast food and before new food is marketed we have a kitchen that we prepare it in so that this will not happen! Get the temperature RIGHT! They really do look good on the picture! They informed me that’s how they are cooked. That’s false advertising and misleading
