Carrabba's Italian Grill

Sometimes the to-go is on point, but nights like tonight suck. I always have to call to make a particular adjustment to my meal ordered via Uber Eats (I can't make this edit on the app.) Most nights, no problem, they add my sauce. As someone who's worked in multiple restaurants, when they get busy, they fall apart. Inconsistent.

The server was great, along with the support staff. Front greater could use a refresher course of friendliness. Coming in with a reservation and told it was first come, first seated when the restaurant had plenty of seating and zero wait was a confrontational response, which was not needed.

Unbelievably amazing experience! We had the pleasure of having Tai serve us, and she was absolutely wonderful! We had a great conversation about our children, and she was so welcoming and kind! On top of that, the food was phenomenal - Carrabba’s never disappoints regardless of the location! 10/10 will be going back again soon!

This location truly is hit or miss. We have been there 4 times. 2 were great, and 2 were just ok. Service at the bar is hands down the best service you can get here.

We had the BEST experience here! Our bartender Desi was so on top of our drinks and they were beyond delish!! Our server Kahleel was super attentive and never had us waiting, also very cute!

The place is amazing visually along with good ambiance, good music with a mix of classic music to great 60’s.

The food was okay, my chicken was a bit pink in certain area so I had to pick at it.
The calamari, mozzarella sticks, and tomato basil soup were the best items.
The Sangria is very strong so drink with caution.
The pork chops were full of flavor and the spicy butter was very good.

The service on the other hand was very disappointing and it was not worth over a tip of $2.

The server left us for over 20 minutes and we had to fight to get his attention.
He didn’t come back to refill our drinks at all and he only came to attend us once at the beginning and once at the end when he gave us a check.

We wanted dessert at the end so we had to wait around 30+ minutes to actually get him to come to the table and then more time for the dessert to be ready.
