Charleys Cheesesteaks

Ordered a philly. Received it missing all the toppings. Literally was only cheese and meat. Asked for extra onions. None. No lettuce. No mushrooms. No lettuce. No nothing. Ridiculous. Im not paying for just cheese and meat

My daughter and I ordered two sandwiches and were handed a piece of paper with a hand written order number on it but no actual receipt. We received our sandwiches within about 6 or 7 minutes but then realized one of the sandwiches was incorrect. My 14 year old daughter walked back up to see if maybe they had placed the wrong box in our bag but was yelled at by a disgruntled employee making sandwiches who stated “YOU MUST HAVE ORDERED IT WRONG.” Bless her heart. Another employee took her sandwich and added buffalo sauce and gave it back to her, but unfortunately this didn’t resolve the issue as the entire sandwich was completely different than what she ordered A friend was able to walk back up to ask for the correct sandwich again and they finally remade it.

If you open at 11, you need to be open at 11. Drove all the way to the mall to get one of your cheesesteaks and you weren’t open. Do better.

Very unprofessional, being veterans me and my husband have visited many Charleys location's. We ordered a large Philly and large ultimate fries today. We received a regular sized Philly and a regular order of fries with bacon cheese and jalapeños............... mind you we've been to charleys dozens of times. We told the older man on the grill our food was wrong he tried to convince us that's how the food came when the menu is right behind him.

They need to find some professional people to run their businesses before they don’t have one

Never had Charley's before and was very intrigued by the shaved meat and accommodations that came with it. Walked in and the smell had me from the jump and was focused. Wanted to sit and eat, but my schedule was tight and had to boogie. Ate half on the way to my destination and the other half when I arrived. It was very good. Plenty of meat and the accommodations was on point. Will definitely rekindle this moment in the near future.

They made a great sandwich. I can tell they undergo stress from the overwhelming supply and demand, and if they had a tip jar or a tip option for credit card purchases I would tip to let them know they are appreciated.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Had lunch here at the mall, today. Had a small steak and cheese with mushrooms, lettuce and mayo, with fries. Left the mall and started home. Within 35 to 40 minutes. Started to throw-up and had awful diarrhea it is now 4:20 and I am still sick.

Don’t go here if you have allergies! The cross contamination is crazy, I always order a chicken California plain and it almost always ends up with peppers or onions mixed in with it. I love Charley’s as a chain but this specific location is very slow and rude every time I go there, they have never once remembered my extra items I paid for and when I ask for them they always have a bit of an attitude, I understand that working f&b sucks but they could be a little nicer to customers who are being nice to them

I work at the Augusta Mall and Charlie's has been my favorite place to eat since they opened there. The food is great but lately the service has been horrible. It is so slow. Today when I went, there was one girl up front, one guy cooking and at least one girl in back. I know this because she stuck her head out and looked at the line then went back into the back. There was one person waiting for her food. One person in front of me and several behind me. If took over 5 minutes for me to even place my order. Then over 15 minutes for me to get my order. The lady who was in front of me was still waiting on her order. Her little girl was complaining that she was hungry. I only had 30 minutes for lunch. By the time I got back with my meal, I had less then 10 minutes to eat and didn't have time to eat it all. It's really ridiculous. The service there used to be good, but not anymore. Something should be done or they are really going to loose business.

My philly was hot, fresh, and juicy. The service was fast, entertaining, and amusing. The cashier was even singing which made my little wait time fun.
