Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

The less-than-ideal setting, a mini-mall with numerous trainee soldiers present, presented challenges to maintaining an optimal atmosphere. Despite these difficulties, the team's commendable efforts are highly appreciated. While improved vocal projection during order calls might have been beneficial given the customer volume, the food quality and service were both excellent.

The manager is an idiot and so is the lady with the weird mask that refused to refill my lemonade because I got a flavored one. Ok no problem, give me a regular lemonade! So because I literally got a scoop of fruit in my lemonade, I can’t get a refill even if it’s without a scoop of fruit?! That’s the most ridiculous thing ever! In the 4yrs I’ve been going I’ve never had an issue. And the manager co-signed with the lady. That’s why they work at Charley’s! I won’t be back.

Ordered through DoorDash to receive 2 orders of the ultimate fries. Those fries were not delectable at all; They were soggy, hardly any bacon nor cheese and we were missing ranch on both of them.

Best place in the food court to eat. They are the quickest and have the best service. Even if the line is long, you won't wait like at Popeye's or Taco Bell.

Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularly long. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it!

Previously the food & STAFF was great! HOWEVER, this time I arrived at 6:27 PM (They close @ 8:30..) & was told they had quit making food for the day & could only sale drinks.What. Da. Fuq
