I am not a fan of the sandwiches, unless its the pepperoni with Italian seasoning. I normally get Cajun wings with extra Cajun, it's pretty okay. When they get busy with alot of wings at night, it will normally take a while to get the food out due to the one tiny fryer they have compared to the amount of wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks they have to cook. People will normally get impatient but they try. Payday get very busy.
The less-than-ideal setting, a mini-mall with numerous trainee soldiers present, presented challenges to maintaining an optimal atmosphere. Despite these difficulties, the team's commendable efforts are highly appreciated. While improved vocal projection during order calls might have been beneficial given the customer volume, the food quality and service were both excellent.
Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularly long. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it!
