Non-existent customer service. I was there recently to pick up an order for delivery. I pulled up to the window, no one came; however, I observed two females look my way more than once and proceed to continue with what they were doing. No one ever came to the window to ask about the order I was waiting for or to say "thank you for waiting, we're working on it". Just simple courtesy would've been nice. Seven minutes later, I ended up having to unassign the order due to lack of service and no communication.

Had a taste for their great burgers so we took a drive from Greenwood SC. It was still delicious as always although we had to drive 5 miles father to the one on Washington because the one on Edgefield was closed at 8:15 pm instead of 3am .Thank you to the great customer service on Washington.

I had one issue with my last visit. For some reason, they asked me to drive around to the other window. It's inconvenient because I'm in the cat alone and I don't have electric windows. Why do you have to pass me my food from the passenger side it's not like there was a line behind me.

Took 2 minutes to order 25 minutes to get my food and they were not busy and after waiting for so long they got my order wrong , I will Never visit that one
I've had two weird contacts here, the first one was when I brought one of my passengers up to checkers for food, I drive for Uber and lyft anyways we were at the window waiting on drinks for 20 Mins no lie. While we were waiting the manager of store leader was talking to a man at the same window we were at like we weren't even there, this guy is literally talking about drugs NO LIE telling the girl that she need to hurry up and contact the guy he knew that had the drugs/ pills before they were all gone. She was trying her best to get him to shut up but it was too late at that point we had already heard everything. So we are still waiting, so then it became a problem with them not having the drink that we ordered so we waited again for just one drink. The next time I came by myself and I ordered a big Burford meal. Omg my bread was soggy, they added too too too much mayo and ketchup the lettuce was NOT fresh, nor was the onions. It was thrown together. The only thing I would say that I love is the robot that we now speak to when placing orders. It understands exactly what you say and hasn't gotten my order wrong yet. But they need to fire some of those people, especially the ones that are selling people crap. That's not fair to the customer to have to pay all this money for something that's not even worth anything. DO better checkers

Y’all had one elderly lady working here today when I visited. She was the only one in the inside and she was rude as well. She made every customer pay and then go around the other side of the drive thru after paying for your food. I had no one with me so when she handed me my food I had stretch over my passenger seat to receive my foot and I’m 5 MONTHS pregnant. Do better .
