The food was so bad and burnt my fries taste so bad and the chicken bites was so hard. I won't go there again. The store was nasty and not clean there grease needs to be changed.
Soggy fries are a common frustration! The culprit is often excess moisture trapped within the fries or absorbed from the cooking oil, old cooking oil i ask extra fries God was nasty i don't recommend this place

They will mess up your whole order. Leave items out of order. Food will be cold by the time it gets delivered to you! Will try to give you someone else’s order! And gave us a receipt for something else that we didn’t even order! Will never order from here again . The first photo is the receipt they gave us and the second photo is what we was supposed to have.
I pulled up and placed an order for the brisket combo and pulled up the window and had to wait for about 10 min to discover that the guy who suppose to be fixing my food is outside talking and laughing with his friends. So as I wait, the customer on the other side gets tired of waiting and left. Then as I pulled off, he(the guy who fixes the food and take your money) ran in and didn't even sanitize or wash his hands. So maybe I'll try going back another date...maybe.
