I came from SC to try for the first time, this is some of the best fast food I’ve had. The service was awful but that’s pretty much all fast food so 3 stars for that, don’t let these minimum wage delinquents ruin your experience. Great food!

TERRIBLE experience around 3:30 today was this lady who was talking so fast that I couldn’t even under stand what she was saying by the time she was done speaking she had closed the window not asking me if I understood her or not she told me to pull up up next to the drive thru without parking she didn’t check if I understood her so I thought she told me to pull up next to the tables about 10-15 minutes later I didn’t receive my food so I went up to the window to see what happened to my food as soon I as I asked about my food the same lady who was at the drive thru had yelled to me: IF I TELL YOU TO PULL UP TO THE DRIVE THRU THEN PULL THE DRIVE THRU after she told me that the lady behind me and told me that’s now her first time having a attitude like that which she then said a few weeks before she had got into it with her also about her attitude disgusting.

Went around 1:25-1:30 today. I was picking up an online order for my parents, was gonna be their lunch and dinner for the day. I decided i would eat with them and I also ordered a meal for myself at the call box. Call box was an AI and didnt send my order through correctly. When I got to the window they had to correct my order. The lady on window told me argued about what i ordered, i had to repeatedly explain to her I needed to add to my order because the call box didnt input it correctly. I didnt think it was a hard concept to understand but the lady was rude. Then i broke the news and let her know I also had that massive pick up order that seemed like they were putting together in the back. She turns to the cooks and says “damn yall she dont order light” left me flabbergasted, i wish i couldve taken a picture of the guy in the back, looked like he saw a ghost, me and him both. Told me to drive around to the other lane. I had never been here so I was really confused and when i went the wrong way she yelled at me and told me to move. Gave my order to the wrong person and then they had to give it back to her. Finally after like 15-20 minutes I got my order and the drive home was silent. As the general manager of an extremely busy fast food restaurant myself, even on a saturday rush id never imagine doing this to a customer or anyone breathing.
Food was absolutely banger though.

Always hot good service good choices love the food
Not really an atmosphere as it's sitting outside at one of the like 3 or 4 tables. Mostly pickup and go. Only thing I don't like is that mobile orders have to use the left drive thru and if you are the only one in the car you'll have to be stretching/reaching over to get your order.

Asked for a Coke no ice. Once I left the drive-thru and bit my sandwich I realized the Coke had ice. Went back through the drive-thru to get my correct drink, but was made the villian for taking a few sips. I didn't give MYSELF the wrong drink. Like just gimme what I asked for. If your burger is wrong do they say: "Well you bit it, it's yours"....? Didn't appreciate being blamed for receiving the wrong beverage. I can't serve myself from the window.

Myself an my 2 younger brothers waited outside for about 10mins at the window before we were even spoken to. Then waited an extra 15 mins for the food in the cold. Soo a total of about 25mins at a fast food place with barley any cars in the drive threw horrible service.
