I love Cheddar Scratch Kitchen! We have several up north. The honey croissants are amazing and a must have if you are stopping in or eating out. The southern fried chicken was an amazing deal. For $3 extra you got an entire second chicken breast. Only issue is the curbside pickup is not connected to the text you receive when order like all other major restaurant chains.

Hey ya'll, this is a good one! Cheddars in general has always been a thumbs up for myself and my partner (great for date nights). They have so many options, and ones that I actually like (Yes, I am picky lol). The Monte Cristo is my favorite when I have the chance to visit (I want one closer to me).

This Cheddars was pretty good. The employees (all) were so very pleasant. We were greeted with smiles and kind attitudes. Our server was attentive, prompt, and was anticipatory. All of our food and drinks were prepared exactly as expected and tasted so good. I do have to say the restaurant was not in the cleanest state. The walls, floors, chairs, and tables really needed to be cleaned.

Over all I would recommend this place to anyone. I do hope they build one in Columbia, SC before we move away lol.

Yummy. Excellent food! and I didn't mind the wait for it to be prepared as I enjoyed the lovely croissant with honey butter.
My salmon was hot, perfectly cooked and I enjoyed every bite.

Oh my gosh was seated and had it been right at ten minutes before my server showed up. Several people walked past and have not uttered a word a word of hospitality. I’m not sure what was the atmosphere going on there Monday nights. Food was okay fries cold and I’ve asked for a Togo tray smh. Do better Augusta please shout out to my server she was nice and seemed to forget to give her name.

Picking up to go orders in not recommended by me. When you call, they don’t care to hear the names that you're picking up for. They also felt it was important to tell me that their food has no been prepped. I waited 15 minutes and decided to walk inside. MY ORDERS WERE SITTING ON THE RACK ALL PACKED AND READY. They finally stop having their conversation to talk to me and proceed to tell me that they JUST put them there. They also inform me that the wait is because they just opened. My orders were set to be ready at 12:00 pm. They open at 11 am. I didn’t need any explanation, all I wanted was the food. Once my coworkers look at the food, it was completely burnt, every single one of the potpies. Dining in seems to be much better than take out.

Me and my party of 4 were told there was no wait so we got seated immediately. The hostess walked us through the whole restaurant to then seat us right next to the entrance. We waiting about 15 minutes for our server until i got back up and asked the hostess about it. Our server was incompetent and when we got our drinks there were 3 ice cubes in every one.(I work in a restaurant so i cut some slack) We ordered appetizers and after 30 minutes we still haven’t received it and we hadn’t seen our server so we just got up and left.

Got seated right away and someone came to take our drink orders, 10 mins later a different server came to take our drink order. Our second server was very nice and we never saw the first one again. Bathrooms were horrible and disgusting with two toilets clogged and feces and blood on the other two. There was profanity being yelled from the kitchen. When our food finally came, we just asked for to-go boxes. Will definitely not be returning.

Horrible experience our 1st server DAngela was rude had us waiting for drinks then when she brought the drinks her phone rung so she then made us wait while she went to the bar and sat at a table on her phone. I asked for a manager at this point when we ask the manager for another server she proceeded to say "yea get them another server" right in front of the manager how rude. Our 2nd server Juan kept complaining about how we had to wait for condiments and refills bc he has a section on the other side of restaurant and the manager from the kitchen really didn't show concern
