So me and my wife went to cheddars this past saturday night and we love cheddars the service was awful.I ordered a michelob ultra and she asked what is that.I had to show her on the menu what it was.She never brought our food or came back to make sure we had it.Other waitresses had to bring our food.At the end when it was time to pay on the kiosk she said I cant use that because she doesn't know how that works and she would just print the receipt..Poor training on management. Very disappointed

Oof, this place went downhill FAST. They no longer offer a Military, student or senior discount. Food is average, menu is more selective with no gluten free options. Bathroom floors were slick and toilet seats were sticky?? Saw a bug in the hand soap. Just oof.

I was pleasantly surprised. The server was friendly amd attentive and the food was good! The place was newer and nicely designed and clean. I am notna big chain person but this location was awesome and I would return. Great staff!
Delicious food; well-prepared. Enjoyed grilled white fish, sweet baby carrots and plain baked potato. Dish comes with rice. Fish extremely moist and tasty; i chose lemon pepper seasoning which is somewhat salty/peppery,; i should request less seasoning next time. Service varies tremendously from person to person. Hostess was friendly, helpful and excellent. Waiter assigned to our table never came. Both hostess and another server took care of us when they realized no server was helping us.
This place has gone down. The customer service is unspeakably horrible. Waited 15 min for a hostess to come out. Then when seated she just threw the menus at us. Took the waitress 15 more minutes to just get us drinks. Mind you the place isn't packed. The bartender just sat there when I put my drink in 15 min prior being we were seated by the bar. Finally, we decided to leave and not a single person cared or apologized for bad service. Mind you this is the second time in the last year. Will never go back and floors are filthy. Food wasn't good at all last visit when seated at the actual bar with the angry bartender.

We went there yesterday of our second trip the first trip was very good afternoon lunch second trip for dinner treated like we didn't even exist the food was mediocre at best if you're working on a non busy night you would think that the server would be more attentive partially the problem
