I got an 8 piece nugget and the nuggets are half the size never seen them so small. 8 piece must have been a 4 piece cut in half. Also had a brownie and it was very dry and small. Probably will not be back to this location.

Everytime I come to this location it is an issue when I got to North Augusta I don’t have a problem how I order food them get a brownie and yall can’t find the food order but can get a brownie for free order then I gotta pull up just wasting my time when I’m on break I don’t have time to play with yall not wait that’s why I order in the app to scam and go and this never goes as planned I’m sick of it

Chick-fil-a is the best! The food is amazing no matter which location! Spicy deluxe , regular deluxe and chicken tortilla soup and lemonade! The staff was amazing, it was 30mins away from closing, but the staff was very cheerful with our orders and all the ones that were coming after. The line for the drive thru was long at that time too. Very clean! Got my to go as well!!

The mobile thru makes absolutely no sense . Great idea, poor execution. Why not have your mobile thru like the location in Grovetown ? Have two separate lanes throughout instead of having them merge . It defeats the purpose of getting your order quickly .

If you have plenty of time and money to waste this is the place to go. At all Chick Fil a locations catering orders are much more important than waiting on actual human customers in the restaurant. I ordered on the mobile app and after waiting only 15 minutes my order never came out. I went to the counter and asked them about my order and they knew nothing about my order. I called and the manager was very rude. So I lost hard earned money and 30 minutes there. Never again! Chick fil a needs to close their restaurants to the public and just fill catering orders. The only Chick fil a in the entire state of Georgia that has it together and does an excellent job is the Chick fil a on Peach Orchard Road. Needless to say I was late to my appointment because I was crazy enough to go to that dump first.

I tried my best to enjoy my meal at this establishment but a worker by the name of Nat used extremely negative language when regarding customers and truly is the reason I will not be returning to this Chickfila establishment. Not only did she ignore my questions, she gave me snarky replies and used vulgar language when addressing me and others, not a fan.
