What can I say... I love Chick-fil-A! This location can get pretty busy during lunch, so I recommend ordering in advance especially for those on time crunch. I am always greeted with a smile and haven't had any issues when coming to this location - my meals are also hot, packaged well, and efficient service.

I had to go in after waiting for my food at curbside for like 15 minutes because it was marked like I received it but never did. Then after come back to the car the person wants to start passing out food to others that been waiting for curbside. I didn’t mine waiting but it the fact my order was marked like they handed me my food but never did

So the reason why I gave a 1 is because I made a mobile order to got to Robert c Daniel and for some reason it got sent to the mall location! I still went to Robert c Daniel to pick it up and I got it but the Augusta mall store still charged me! I called the store because the manager at the Robert Daniel parkway location said too and to mention to call him and get the whole thing straightened out because it’s a simple misunderstanding. The Gm lady said no call the number they have no affiliation with the other Robert c Daniel parkway location it’s nothing she can do once is placed. I called the number asked for a refund and this was on the 10th of October! Tried to call back a few days later and got hung up on‼️ it’s really sad because I spend a lot of money at this location and with Chick-fil-A PERIOD! Really left a bad taste in my mouth that a simple problem couldn’t be fixed I even would have took a gift card for the $21.20 or store credit maybe even points! This was unacceptable especially the nonchalant attitude the Gm had! Lost a great customer
I was just refused service due to me speaking my peace to a rude young lady on my last visit. Companies need to side with what is correct and not just the feelings of a childish young person that hasn't began to understand life. I think it's sad ?

I did drive-up and not only was the service super fast, the guy who delivered my food said, “Have a wonderful day, queen, because you deserve it.” I needed that today ?
