Im not a big fan of Chic fil A's food, but the other amenities brought me in woth my daughter. The food was as expected, but everything else was really nice. The kids have a place to play, the place was super clean, and the staff was superb.

I have been to chic fil a many times and this was one of the few times I had any issues. The food was not fresh tasting and the person who took my order seemed very unenthused. I mean, we can't all have perfect days so no hate towards them. It just felt off. Ya boy is a Signature member (the top, for all you scrubs) so you can trust me when I say it was off.

After hearing all that go on at that location and seeing all these horrible comments and reviews.. I won’t spend a dime there anymore .. Lawd management needs to get it together

This location is completely unprofessional. I come here almost every week and order the exact same thing — the Spicy Southwest Salad with no tomatoes, extra cheese, fries, and a spicy filet. Every single time they have to remake my food, and tonight was the last straw.
The employees are rude, including the Black girl with the puff ball and the short white female manager. There’s no effort to provide decent service or even acknowledge mistakes. I’ve been patient for months, but this location has the worst attitude and customer service of any Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Older black lady is the only person who check my food as she she’s the struggle I have to endure.
I don’t care how close it is — I won’t be coming back here again.
Negative: Rude employees, wrong orders every visit, and poor management.
