This location has a very friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is very clean and organized. I really appreciated the clean restrooms. The atmosphere is chill and just the right level of music ambiance.

Ever since they moved to this new location the staff have been either rude or forgetful. I can't tell you the number of times I've gone through the drive through and gone to work or home just to see that they forgot something from my order.

What’s wrong with the mobile app?? I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again and it still doesn’t work for me, I’ve been there twice in person with no issues and it works in other areas but constantly tells me there is no chik fil a in my area (Augusta) and won’t let me select the location shown in the photo

Our food is always correct. Service is amazing. I ordered and my food was relieved before I even got to the window (they bought it to my car in the drive through).
