Staff here does not follow the CFA motto of always putting customers first. They get our order correct about 1/5 of the time. Forcing us to take multiple trips back to correct our order. Attention to detail is severely lacking. The staff will not hesitate to put moldy or spoiled food as long as they get the order out. I do not recommend this place ever unless you like horrible service.

Was very unhappy after ordering my and my sons food explained that a chicken biscuit I ordered was not in the bag was responded with let them check after I had literally gotten it two seconds before letting them know it wasn’t in there as if though I was lying got a chicken bowl and hash brown and was charged for an extra hash brown that I did not request. Ask for refund that shorted on my refund will not be returning to order food from this establishment until they change the staff

They treat us DoorDashers like trash people order food way before time and they ignore it and make us wait before they fix it and I lose money can’t be waiting 30 mins in a $5 order

We spend a lot of time in this hospital. Over this time I have eaten here many times. One time, on only one of our sandwiches, the flour wasn't as fresh as usual. Beyond that, its been all 5 star experiences. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A

There is literally more bread than chicken at Chick-fil-A these days. It’s terrible what they’ve done it used to be a really good place to eat. Spoiler alert the Internet nor any of the owners will ever let on that. They used to have a bigger better chicken sandwich and chicken biscuit and chicken altogether. I’m speaking from experience from when they first Started doing business. Guys today they are selling new chicken fillets that are four times smaller than what they were for a couple of decades. Like I said the Internet nor the owners were ever let on and eventually nobody will ever know because they weren’t there. Stop eating at this place, you can get a better chicken biscuit from the QT

Customer service was good. The waffle fries were hot & fresh, but the chicken nuggets were luke warm & appeared old. It was also hard to sit anywhere because almost all of the tables were dirty.

This facility was recently opened within the children's hospital. I will never buy anything from there ever again. Rotten salads with the blue mold growing in the middle! , sandwiches that give you gastroenteritis. I got so mad I went back to show the mold to the manager who said ‘ we make salads fresh every day’ to which i said ‘ you must make them daily from rotten ingredients then, you should know it takes about a week to grow this much mold per square inch of that maturity stage. ‘ the manager responded to that ‘ what do you want’ . Bottom line is the place is unsanitary and there is no quality control. They need to clean up their act or get off the premises. They do not deserve to serve our patient families and medical staff.
