My 1st experience!!! I LOVED the food, the experience, the decor, all of it!! I ordered the Fruity Franny and was absolutely in love with the flavor! (One sour note: I DID find a long, dark hair in half of my sandwich but when I pointed it out the employees quickly took care of it by fixing me another sandwich.... This time without the extra protein!!) lol. I most definitely will be coming back!

Very disappointed. Waited over 20 minutes for our takeout order. Got back to our hotel to find out there was bacon on our Fruity Fran and no cookie. We do not eat bacon. If we are in the area in the future would think twice before going again.

Very disappointed this is my first time eating here. I ordered the chicken salad BLT my sandwich literally had one small slice of bacon on each half I got it with broccoli salad as my side, the broccoli salad was so juicy that all the juice from it spilled into the part with my sandwich so the bottom of my croissant was completely soggy. I was unable to eat it. Also it made my broccoli salad very dry. I think this will be my first and last time eating here.

Ate here for the first time and felt sick, too much mayo or something. It tasted okay but I think the recipe has way too much mayo in it. Won't ever go back to another Chicken Salad Chick
