Went to place order with waitress for nachos. She asked beef or chicken?? I said beef. She replied we don’t make beef nachos only chicken. Ha ha. So I ordered instead chips & white queso. Chips were so greasy not fit to eat. She exchanged them. Second basket not any better. My husband asked if they had coffee. Which she replied no we only make it in the mornings not at night .. she proceeded to explain that she had been there all day & was tired. Why would Chilis make coffee only in the am. They don’t serve breakfast. Ok. She really didn’t seem to like being there or her job. Waitress: Haley.

Chili's accommodated our large party after the staff at another restaurant gave us a 2 hour wait time and rudely made several attempts to get us to leave before being seated. The staff was very warm and the service absolutely rocked!!! Everything I had was very good.

Let me start off with when I went to this establishment, it was raining, I was struggling to walk, and the staff had the door opened for me which was wonderful. There was no wait and we were immediately seated. Our server was Haley and let me tell you - she’s amazing!! Made sure everything was wonderful and made this a very enjoyable evening! The food was perfectly cooked and was exactly what I was looking for (chips/chicken quesadillas). Thank you Haley for making this a wonderful experience as we were passing through the area, heading home.
Had a fantastic meal here this past weekend. We were in town for James Brown Arena. The food and service was great.

The food was not good. The ONLY good food was the southwestern eggrolls. The mozzarella cheese was solid and not gooey, but decent flavor, the Buffalo wings were meh (not bad but not great). The fajitas (pictured) were fresh but also burnt. It tasted like the food was cooked in a skillet that hadn't been cleaned and had multiple burned items in it. They also had no flavor, other than burnt. It took forever to get the food.The server was so slow. We waited way too long for her to come get our drink orders, then food orders. About 20 minutes later, we finally got our food. The place was empty on a Friday night at 8pm. We had to get up multiple times and flag down other waiters to get refills or send food back. The manager came over, but it felt like she didn't care to be there or that she was not qualified for the job.The restaurant was clean, but that is about the only positive.

We had a table of 12 including 4 kids and Courtnee was great. She ensured everyone was taken care of. She made multiple trips back to the table. She was attentive and polite.
