This young lady is the definition of Respect, Excellent Customer Service, Extremely professional mannerism, and Well rounded positive attitude. Denise is a very pleasant person to talk to and while i usually get the same thing for my order, She encouraged I try something New. I tried the Brisket bowl, and because of her…i decided to get double meat. Again, Thank you to Denise for your outstanding customer service.
Secondly, To management…If she’s not a manager, She REALLY should be !! She Deserves a pay raise, bonus or some sort of recognition. I truly hope this reaches the right person/people.“
“The people that is commenting on here leaving one star about its not being open is acting like some Karen’s? Either check the site for the open times or go earlier? I went by here last night when I got off from work around 7:50 pm and they was open with customers sitting in enjoying their food!! My food was so fresh and everything I ate was extremely good this the only Chipotle I had that was actually good? The other Chipotle’s in Augusta had me give up on getting anymore food from them, I tried this place and now I’m a returning customer! The team was so polite and patient with me and told me what each item was!! The GM is doing amazing will be back“
