Had one of those moments today at Chipotle that actually sticks with you.
I want to give a real shoutout to Tyrin and Stacy, along with the rest of the crew — you guys genuinely made my whole experience. It wasn’t just about the food (which was 🔥), it was the way you treated people. The respect, the patience, the energy… you can tell when people actually care, and that’s rare.
Everything was done with intention — no rushing, no cutting corners, just real pride in your work. You don’t see that everywhere, and it made a difference.
I appreciate you all more than you probably realize. You turned a quick stop into something that actually meant something.
I’ll definitely be back — not just for the food, but for that kind of energy 👏

Went in Wednesday 3/11/26 at 9pm. All of the food containers were nearly empty. They had to go to the back to put Al pastor chicken in my bowl. They had food in the back but none in the front so they were getting everyone’s food from wherever in the back. The guy cutting the chicken went moving the trash cans and also had the broom in his hand and went back to the food station and continued to touch the meat with the same gloves on! This was after my bowl was made but He didn’t even change his gloves!! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

This is a great location! The staff & food were both amazing! Plenty of parking & not over crowded. Our food was made properly & everything was fresh. Portions were great as well. The staff we interacted with were awesome! Very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this location. It was also very clean. Plenty of seating as well. It's one of the BEST Chipotle's I've ever gone to! Thank you!

I have always been a big fan of Chipotle and have gone to all the locations in Augusta (Evans, Augusta Exchange, North Augusta, and of course this one on Washington Road). This is by far my favorite location because of just how fresh the food is as well as how perfectly the food is prepared. The service is absolutely wonderful and unbeatable; all the staff here always put on a smile, especially Abigail. I have noticed from hopping Chipotles that any of the stores that Abigail is currently running are always so much better than the rest in terms of quality control. My roommate and I thank you, Abigail, for always making us want to come back to Chipotle again and again!

I am very picky with which Chipotle I go to. But I am never hesitant when I go to this location on Washington RD. Before this place opened up, I always went to the Robert C Daniel and Province Way. I used to favor the Evans Chipotle (province way) till Abigail moved locations and opened the Washington RD location. I swear freshness always follows her!!! The employees here always greet me with big big smiles and their attitude at this location is there! I feel so welcomed. If you don’t know Abigail, she will know you. She is always making us feel heard and seen. Thank you, Abigail!

Such slow service! No brown rice and no ETA, no barbacoa, pinto beans were dried up and looked like paste. 6pm is reasonable dinner time to expect full menu options

Idk if it was because we ordered online with no tip, but of all the Chipotle's I have ever been to this one gave way less protein. Even the beans were sparse. Idk whether to just go in or just go to another Chipotle. Food was great tho.

This is my second time visiting this chipotle and both times the food was great. First time I believe I tried the burrito but this time I tried tacos because I hardly ever seen anybody eat tacos there so I tried the tacos and low will be hold. I love the tacos. I feel like I could’ve ate six but they only give you three tacos but they were still delicious so thank you chipotle
