The music/sound system was too loud when we got there and I swear they increased the volume while we were there. Ridiculous that you can’t have a conversation without shouting.

The worst visit ever. I will not be back unless management is changed. Arrived at 11am, the drink machines were not turned on until 40 minutes later, even after they were told by many customers. Salad bar did not have lettuce until 1.5 hour after opening. So waited with our paid salad plates until someone decided to put the lettuce out, even though several people kept asking. Finally got our pizzas an hour later. The manager on duty said she didn't care, she was quitting anyways, blamed the night crew for not doing their jobs, the best part was she asked if I wanted to come work an do something. She had people standing around, but it was obvious poor supervisory skills was the issue. I heard her tell another guest she would just shut the kitchen down. A few people with parties were having same issues. Just a bad experience today. I have been many times before, but it has never been this bad.

Vegetarian options: We had one person, vegan, but nothing was vegan unless you wanted dry salad. All dressings had egg in them.

Kid-friendliness: Lots for children to play.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When my family and I walked in we were greeted with an employee who was engaged and on her phone while we were trying to make a purchase. After making the purchase for coins and the jumping area, we walk into the main space and realize that the jumping area is locked and has a temporarily closed sign. We then go and ask if we could be refunded bc the area was closed. The response was our child was small enough to squeeze through the locked gate area and jump. Like huh?! The bathroom was very disgusting. Some stalls didn’t have toilet tissue and/or pee on the floor and on the toilet seats. After leaving the bathroom room with my 3 year old, I told the first person that I could find that the restrooms needed to be serviced and they seemed uninterested in what I had to say. On this day, a few of the games where either out of order or actively taking the coin off the card, but not allowing us to play.

I was pretty disappointed in our experience here as this was my first time at this location. I highly doubt that I would be back.

According to Kate

I have been twice within the last month and A LOT of the games are not working. Doesn't seem like they check them out or are worried about fixing them. Waste of tokens because there's not even out of order signs. Need new management. Also the guy working was on the spectrum, I'm not judging but he's probably not the best candidate for that job. I didn't feel like he was correctly checking the numbers he didn't even barely look to see if they matched. Which is one of the reasons people like to go there because the security of somebody not leaving with your child. Then I went out to my car and came back in and he tried to stamp me with a different number. Let the guy work but give him a different job

Place was over booked, stood in a line going out the door just to be told (15 min later) we didn’t have to wait in line since we were there for a party. The crowd was just too much. It was cramped, too loud to even hear the person next to you yelling, and the food was late… never again lol

Pizza is SO thin and barely anything on it. The workers at the jump part pay ZERO attention to the kids. Games are boring and most of them are out of order. Party area is way too small and over crowded.

I went to chuck E cheese for my baby cousin 1st bday party. It’s a 2 hr party window but there was no organization. They finally brought the food out and the drinks came 20 mins later. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. The service wasn’t good. It seemed under staff. As a company that does bday parties for young kids you know Saturday is one of your busier days. During the time frame of us being there. A worker came over the mic yelling about kids on a trampoline and for people to get your kids. Stating you didn’t pay for it, and to go pay if you want your kid to jump. Etc etc. I understand and it wasn’t our kids they were eating. However, her yelling and delivery was uncalled for. It bothered me because kids are all over the place and if there is a trampoline in the place they think it’s something they can do. So to fuss about children on a trampoline was crazy to me.

Parking: I have not been to this place in years. finding parking on a Saturday was there you had to walk tho. Everything around it was taken

We had my son’s birthday parties there. They had a great time. I think it’s overwhelmingly popular. They probably need a second location. It’s not creepy like it was in the 90s. It’s a Dave and Busters for kids. Very crowded on the weekends. The pizza is solid. Workers are nice. Most of the games work.

It has improved more games are working and it’s clean. But the employees need better training constantly on there phones and when you ask a question they have an attitude and just wanna be on there phone! But the manager is on the phone as well so that says something. Disappointing.

Pizza is good but the garlic cheesy bread is just okay.

Would NOT recommend ANYONE do a party here. Worst experience EVER. The "workers" are no where to be found and when you do interact with one they are rude and unprofessional. If you don't like your job find another one. We paid almost $500 to do our daughters 3rd birthday here and it was the most stressful experience ever, I could write a novel on how horrible it was. DO NOT waste your time or money here!

Christmas Eve is the time to go. It was quiet quick and relatively empty. My daughter was able to do everything she wanted for games.
