Went for a 6 year old nephew's birthday party. The kids that came were able to have tags on their wrist, to scan on the games, to play for 2 hours. The music, for me, is always too loud. The pizza was good. Everyone gets to have drinks that you fill up on your own.There was Dippin' Dots ice cream brought out for each kid. The parents had a cake brought in, I think. I don't know the cost, as I was a guest.Kid-friendliness: Games to play.

25% of the games didn't work but it still took your money, no one there to repair them, some of the ones that did work didn't have enough product in them to play and earn any amount of tickets. Staff didn't speak to you. The manager had a cup on the table she was at that had bi..h on it...really at a kids place. Very disappointed Augusta.

Jeremiah great customer service and was very patient with the kids and myself. The manager was amazing just love her energy !!! Absolutely everyone that I encounter was amazing even the guy with the dreads on the floor he was very helpful with operating the games. My experience was great until I was leaving to collect my son prizes. Mya she is definitely in the wrong profession whether this is part time or full time. She is not friendly, monotone, & scatter brain. She does not need to work any where around children or where it require her concentration.Kid-friendliness: The cotton candy was a plus !!! Again Jeremiah was nice and he was the first person you saw as you walk in the establishment which is very important because he was friendly and engaging !

When we arrived, we were told no manager or cook so we could not order food. The place was filthy. It was the Day After Christmas. Do you think they could have at least run the vacuum? We'll never come back to this nasty, nasty disgusting place again.ANNNND the women's restroom had a plugged up toilet not sure how long that had been there since we were some ofnthe first people in store ....
