Whew, the customer service was horrible and it was from the SAME WORKER the last time I was there. If you’re gonna have an attitude, go in the back and cook or something & don’t work the drive through b/c I’m always ready to reciprocate the same energy I get. (& I’m not one of those customers that have an attitude first) Last time I went, I paid for the chicken, didn’t get honey so I asked for some honey. She tried to give me oneee honey when they usually give two honeys for a 2pc, & tried to argue me down. So I just returned the chicken and got my money back & took it somewhere else b/c I don’t have time for that. I asked to speak to the manager to report her attitude, the manager looked out the window and her ass had an attitude too, so I just said forget and left. My goodness, if you don’t like your job, please go find something else to do.

The food was great. Very hot & completely cooked. Service, on the other hand, needs a bit of work. The staff was not very attentive to all customers & they mostly just conversed amongst themselves instead of handing customers. Because of that, the atmosphere wasn't as welcoming. Their fried chicken is great though & the biscuits delicious

We usually go to peach orchard churches but I accidentally ordered from this one tonight. The girl running the register had an attitude the whole time, didn’t even want to get our order together. I ordered online and arrived 40 minutes later for our food not to be waiting on us. I ordered 10 peppers, she was so lazy, she tried to only pack 5. It’s just the point of we pay for everything extra & it’s not a hard job to do. On top of that we ordered spicy to arrive 40 minutes later to be told they are out of spicy.
I just left there. The workers are always mad. I do DoorDash and Uber eats on a regular why every time I come in the order is never ready. They’ve never even started it. These orders are already paid for. I don’t have to wait in line not unless I’m waiting behind another Dasher, wow the older ladies maybe in her 40s gonna say I don’t like people well, ma’am this isn’t the job for ! also, she gonna get mad cause I don’t know how to use a machine that I never use the damn in my life. I’m trying to ask her how to get the tea and get the tea from and she got attitude with me for asking her if you don’t like your job get a new one !!!
