Tried to place an order online but it would not go through. I arrived and showed the EXACT order details to the person at the counter. Waited about 15 min and received my food. I should have checked it at the store. Got home and the quality was the worst I have ever received (and wrong item received) Sweet potato fries were burnt and some uncooked internally. They were so awful we could not eat them. The bison burger was definitely old. Burnt on the outside and hard. The brioche bun was also not fresh. This whole order proved that it is not just a one item issue with lack of freshness and quality. The other item was I received was supposed to be a make your own bowl with bison and rosemary potatoes. I received chicken nuggets and broccoli with sweet potato fries. ???? (Those sweet potato fries were also of same poor quality). We were starving and rushing to an appointment so there was no time to return. Will never go to this location again.

Absolutely terrible, I left a 10 dollar tip, because of the service just to get down the road and find out my food is completely cold, the fries were uncooked. I’ll never return.

Clean healthy delicious food and establishment. The Bison wrap is top tier. The apple slices with the honey peanut butter is the best side. I have to try the others gradually. I’ll be back.

Clean Eatz has become a household staple. We just love the meal plans, frozen selections, AND the cafe.
If you are in the cafe, the Bang Bang Shrimp wrap is phenomenal with sweet potato fries and a Clean Eatz flavored water. Also LOVE the strawberry desert bar. My kids always try to steal those from me.
Anyways, Clean Eatz is a gem. Grab a quick fresh bite, and take home your meal prepped meals for the week. It is a win win.

All 4 people working up front gave me dirty looks when I walked in and seemed upset that I interrupted their conversation. Two of them laughed at me when I ordered a smoothie. The cashier was rude and the guy making my smoothie basically threw it at me while holding back his laughter. Apparently the appropriate response to “thank you, have a good day” is a side eye.

No negative comment on the restaurant itself. Only i can't believe this is a clean eatz same as the one in Sandy Springs Georgia. Can't rate a chain by the employees standards. May be they need more Clean eatz training. Or may be just more mindful employees. I know this is not regular Clean eatz consistency. If you're ever near or in Sandy Springs, pay them a visit and you will see and taste what I mean. Good luck with this one.

I patronize this establishment as there are limited options for healthier eating. Drive all the way from Hephzibah and made a web order for two dishes to be picked up. Paid extra for salmon, included instructions for no sauce. Was prepared chicken which I do not eat and the other item had sauce all over it. Called to inform and was told to look for a refund. No refund received, also the young lady took my information and stayed a manger would contact me, that too has not occurred. I called today as a follow up and the call goes straight to voicemail. Very disappointing. Update - Jake, Thank you very much for responding and rectifying the issue. Appreciate the assistance and the offer. Will reach out to you Jake next time I’m in town and need a healthy bite to eat. Best,

I really enjoy this place their meal plans have helped me stay on my journey when I’m not exactly sure what I want to eat ! I love most of their barbecue, and steak bowls and now my new favorite the hamburger bowl . Their breaded meals that gone in the meal plan are not as good when reheated but everything else 10/10 it is easy to add your own seasons after reheating without changing flavor

This is a much needed restaurant/ store for people with specific dietary needs asa well as who need to portion their meals. The options they have are great including low carb and keto. All the meals I've had so far have been tasty and great in a pinch.
